Good for you....no idea how old you are but as someone else said they also do a " Stak " one which is a basic testosterone boost so if you are over 40 and test is slipping ive heard plenty of folk say they have done well on it i think its a 1 month cycle.....all the best.

Hello squire i dont really comment much on this sort of thing these days as im not a full on gym rat anymore so probably shouldnt advise folk....but yes they are popular with a lot of lads and "Animal " as a company are certainly a decent brand....any multi-vit is a preparation intended to supplement the human diet with elements that are in no way intended for you to gain weight, weight gain is totally dependant on caloric intake and no multi-vit will deliver calories....but for general health they are good and the current " in thing ".

I think you are totally wrong if you think people no longer have pride in their own....they do...but unfortunately successive governments and now parts of society itself aided and abetted by PC culture is successfully managing to demonise any form of national identity or patriotic feelings making people afraid to voice their true opinions....its what political correctness was brought in to achieve and this is the true battle, not whether we still have pride in our own....do we have the courage to voice our true opinions. Instead of attacking people who maybe dont have that courage we shoul

Looks a nice little spot that does.....i think " simple living " breaks like that do you the world of good i find they are like a reset switch for the mind.....good energy and renewed focus.....good stuff

Looks a good show that, looking forward to it.

Reduce your stress levels, correct your rest/sleep pattern, balance your diet, then supplement your diet. In that order.

The problem small independent councillors and minor political parties face going forward is funding,simple.....most of these people have regular jobs and cannot commit the time necessary which is why it is vital that " our own people " actively support them.....ive mentioned before about the chap near me Wilf who has had relative success on a local level and much of the reason is due to support, funding and generally putting in the leg work....its like expecting a footballer to play in the premier league while doing a 9 to 5 job stacking shelves at Tescos if he is not in a position to fully ded

Id still love to know what it is white people are supposed to feel guilty for.

People called me an obsessed idiot when i said Covid lockdowns would be exploited for the importation of immigrants.

Good film Wild Bill i watched a very similar scenario to that play out in real life with someone close to me so was a really worthwhile watch...played the part brilliant Charlie Creed Miles he,s a limited actor but perfect for the part. I watched John Travolta play a mad part in a film called The Fanatic the other day....the film was average at best but Travolta was superb in the sort of roll you rarely see him in.

Im terrible with names and cant for the life of me remember what we was on about but shared some private messages with the chap and remember thinking he came across as a nice person. RIP Sir....and deepest condolences to folk on here who knew him well.

Not to say you dont know what you're looking at boss but in terms of strength related talent it was one of the best performances you could ever witness. The Schoolboy v Larry Wheels match yes, that was an anti climax as Schoolboy pretty much just played with him.....again,an example that it takes much more than brute strength to compete at the top Larry trained his nuts off for this but the reality is he,s just not really a top level arm wrestler.
-
I dont think its a surprise at all Devon rarely loses to the same person twice his arm wrestling iq is just so high he knows exactly where he needs to go but what was shocking was the total domination that was a historic match and absolutely brilliant to watch ive never seen Todd "bodied " like that ever,Devon totally dominated the centre of the table and Todd got crushed in the transitions, simple. Regards the Kings Move so many people dont really understand it,its not a magic " go to " move you have to earn it via pronation and in a flexion v pronation battle Devons hand and wrist was wa

Heartbreaking to see folk trashing their own neighbourhoods but having sat watching the darkies doing it with impunity on national television for the last year you can hardly be surprised when you see impressionable young white people in the back end of nowhere acting the same.

Ive said for a long time now that Ronaldo is the greatest player ive ever seen play live and i stick by that....i always think its hard to judge players just by watching them on telly i remember watching Ronaldo at games and just keeping an eye on him for long periods of time and being so impressed by his work rate and fitness, his competitiveness and desire to get forward.....ive never seen a player move so fast with a ball at his feet under total control....yes Messi has a lot to his game as did George Best but as a complete footballer and athlete i dont think theres been any better than Rona

Thanks for putting that up mate it was really interesting to listen to although must admit i do have some issues with it,the fella is talking about land and areas i know like the back of my hand as i live within Epping Forest.....i mean at what point does an exaggeration become a lie.....describing distances so inaccurately is unnecessary, describing landscape in such an exaggerated way is so misleading it makes you question everything else a person says......i dont know if its just done for dramatic effect or what but it devalues the whole subject for me.....like i say thanks though, brings it

I was only having this conversation the other day....are we now using this " learn to play the game " attitude as a compromise on what is simple, basic black & white........ie, do we now choose who we tell the truth to and who we " play along " to........sad times indeed.
-
The amount of people you hear saying this.......sadly more and more people are starting to realise just what naive thinking it is.

Same as a few others im on the fence with all this id really like there to be cats out there if for no other reason than to see Greyman rewarded for his persistence....human nature tells me grown folk dont become as passionate as he is on subjects based on nothing but of course until factual evidence comes along nobody can say for sure......i tend to think the bigger the " big cat " community gets and with all the modern technology available the less likely there is to be any population of cats out there i know if i was to find something on one of my little trail cams id be shouting from the r

As i remember the parents start plucking the chicks to use as new nest material for the second round surely thats a good indicator its time to move them if they're feeding,no ?.....a lad i know who's into all that said its been a terrible season due to the weather being all over the place.....nice little hobby i miss all that carry on.

What an absolute pile of nonsensical bollox................................................as if anyone would vote for Labour !

Anthony Ogogo copped an elbow that blew his eye socket out in the first round and went another 8 rounds until his eyeball was virtually hanging behind the socket, 6 or 7 surgeries later his career was finished.....off the top of my head Malignagi,Salido both fought on with the same injury its a weird feeling that feels a bit like pins and needles pain runs down down your face like a tooth ache due to the nerves but theres no mistaking the fact you know somethings gone... and from there you make a decision as any fighter does. I was having the conversation this morning about how the injury

I agree i think Saunders has the engine and chin to pull off that hit and run style with all but the very best.....its a style that drains you mentally because of the concentration it takes you literally cant make a single mistake without paying a price as the opponent is not wary of whats coming back and so really committing to his attacks. Some fighter Canelo, really controls his power well.
-
Mark made the right call but in fairness you cant say the sort of shit he said about Dubois and then go out like he did....anyone thats ever been in the ring knows the first thing you are up against after taking big shots is your own corner....its up to you to convince them you are still in the fight so simply repeating " i cant see anything " is leaving your corner with no other option......its a nasty injury no doubt about it and he did exactly what Dubois did,he panicked.....humbling,maybe.

For me it was the difference between a top amateur and a top pro....Saunders had no other way to beat Canelo than to touch him with his hands more times than Canelo touched him and thats basically what amateur boxing is about.... if you cant make a dent in your opponent and you have no physical advantages then you can make absolutely no mistakes.....the punch Canelo caught him with was from a square stance because he had absolutely no fear of what was coming back at him....i gave Saunders 2 rounds tops. He probably feels a little bit silly now about the things he said about Daniel Dubois
