Thats brilliant mate good for you....flying is something i jalways just took for granted,then when the lad got into the game and started explaining things it all became really interesting.....flying has since become a balancing act between complete wonderment and sheer terror for me but i absolutely love it ?

Am i right in thinking the outer skin of your average plane is only 1mm thickness ? A lad close to me is in the aviation game and hits me with facts and figures now and again half the time i dont know if he,s being straight or just trying to put the shits up me but certainly gets me thinking twice about flying ?

I remember being in the company of some kind of forensic engineer chap some years ago and being fascinated by his views on all that.....he was telling me how those building were just not as strong as people seem to think due to the way modern office blocks are designed and how everything is open plan....he reckons they are pretty much all windows and space and that the only real structural strength is the central lift shafts and the floors are literally hung from them and the outer wall is just a shell ,apparently steel of that nature burning at i think it was only 5/600 degrees compromises it

The shape any fighter is in can only be compared to the shape he has been in for other fights....comparing one to another is just silly good genetics has very little bearing on who is in better shape....when you hear people say things like " Fury dont look like an athlete " or " Joshua is built like a bodybuilder " or my favourite the old " big muscles cause lactic acid " ?...it just tells me they have no understanding of conditioning....i always take a great interest in weigh ins as having helped a number of fighters make weight over the years i think i have a pretty good idea what im looking

The reality is if you was about to have a straightener with someone and they pitched up with a Jackie Chan stance you'd blow a raspberry at them....them early Ufc's were about finding out what worked in a real fight and what doesnt.....that clip at the start and the fact that nobody has ever used it is pretty much self explanatory.
