Excuse my ignorance of only reading the first and last pages but it does crack me up when you see people ( and this isnt directed at anybody on here ) who obediently do everything the government tell them to when it comes to paying their taxes or passively accepting forced multiculturalism.... yet when it comes to walking into a shop with a bit of cloth on their face they become all tough and rebellious ?

Thats absolutely brilliant mate i love shit like this good for you.....how old is your lad ? I had the same it took me years of grovelling to have a relationship with my boy again but it was worth it he,s a chip off the old block and we get into it at times but everything is there that should be and we'll never be apart like that again.......treasure him and work at it mate im so pleased for you.

I still take close interest in local lads careers and their upcoming fights but tend to lose a bit of interest if/when fighters reach world level as in many cases it just becomes a circus....the current heavyweight division being the perfect example i just cant muster up any energy or interest whatsoever when lads like Fury turn every fight into a Punch & Judy show its just embarrassing.

Yep fair point regards arm length i wasnt thinking about the sheer size of the stones......suppose im thinking more gym lifts,on a bar etc.

From what ive seen Greek planning permission really is quite sensible they dont want you molesting the landscape on new builds everything has to " fit in "....but on small scale extensions,boundaries and suchlike are pretty much done on a handshake.

Exactly the boxer versus puncher scenario is played out in rings all round the world i dont much care whether its Leonard v Hearns,Fury v Joshua or two journeyman unknowns down the York Hall its an interesting fight but you dont need to know all the drama and bullshit just cut straight to the action......too much of the attention boxing gets these days is about whats going on outside a boxing ring.

Oh ok i see what you mean kind of like the play offs in footie the team finishing in 6th 10 points behind the team in 3rd can still go up instead i gotcha....and agree....but in terms of direct man versus a man it looks a good hard honest event.

Id say it favours the shorter explosive guys.....taller usually equals weaker in any lift off the floor.....once that initial explosion of power to the waist is done 80% of the lift is done.

The funniest thing about this whole last few years of black black black black black in Britain is that when the footballer Dalian Atkinson got ironed out by a copper black lives didnt seem to matter at all,even to blacks.....then some junkie no mark in America gets the same and suddenly we all have to fall to our knees.....how infantile must " British " blacks be to only get annoyed when yanks get annoyed !

Its got nothing to do with people not caring....people do care.....but when they are universally threatened for speaking out about the truth on a daily basis you cant be surprised when certain segments of the population fall silent....its what political correctness was brought in for in the first place you are a bright chap you know this ! When people are having their bank accounts stopped,doors put through,families targeted for voicing what to many of us are simple common sense views you can safely say the normal man in the street ( white man ) is being silenced.......they do care.....en

Same here mate i used to be on the ball with heavyweight boxing but now its virtually all he said/she said complete f****n nonsense !.....its almost a case of " yeah ok wake me up when the ring walks are over "

We've done a few Greek places they are funny with their planning they want modern buildings but with old materials English lads are just not used to handling....and like i say trying to get Greeks/Cypriots to do it you might as well ask the mrs !! This was one we did 6/7 years ago......then the little development we bought as an olive field,got the framework done in 2019 and still looks exactly the same today ?.......i think England are just about the only country round the world that are building flat out.....but then i suppose we do have a lot more new people to house

Thats about the best event ive ever seen in them competitions....brilliant ! Its hard to have events which are directly against each other instead of measured or timed in some way i know that tried tug of war and arm wrestling years ago and it was a disaster.....but that stone thing tests every single part of your make up.....really good that.

They've had some stupid events over the years but that actually sounds a good mental as well as physical test....no bigger motivation to win than seeing your opponent in front of you.

Just had a quick look at him he seems a character.....proper real world strength as well id imagine , just depends on the events i suppose.... i lost a bit of interest when it seemed to put too much emphasis on static strength....i always admired chaps like Jouko Ahola or Jon Pal they had such a great balance between strength and athleticsm......for me chaps like Shaw and the Game of Thrones fella are like the Tyson Fury of the strongman world there has to be more to it than how big you are and how much you can eat ? Just saw Terry Hollands has popped a bicep which is a shame as it,ll pro
