Add to the mix well they are gamer and there willingness to work .but I have seen some bad ones too but you get that in every cross I your idea and my idea of gameness will probably differ considerably ...gameness was the main trait in useing wheaton blood with adding a better coat than from bull blood but my point is very very few of wheaton blood are from tested wheaton blood What an extremely blinkered view,and from someone that has never owned one!   6. we doubted a good dog many years ago. due to it coming away after a short time on a few occasions. we got a little disheartened and decided to dig to the last mark on the box . and low and behold he had got the knack of throttling them.. shame really as he was a good bolting dog. just goes to show though. never write a terrier off untill you know exactly whats happened. good luck with the young dog this season. i wonder how many have been culled down to the owner not reading the dog ./ situation right

Al the ones ye English have been given are prob trainable obedient and totally adorable.the proper working wheaten line would never be passed on to people who spend their days on the hunting life and rightly so ive one here that is untrainable disobedient and ugly as sin. does that mean i have a good one.. . i take it you dont have one derek

  14. auld trusty and jade. nothing startling. but i had a fair bit of luck with these two. over a long period of time.
  15. short crisp with a good thick undercoat. ..easy to keep.
  16. i bred A litter of fell/greyhounds . never really set the heather on fire. i should have used the very handy beddy whippet i had at the time. hindsight. would be good if it came before .
