    bullshit. anyone breeding a litter and selling the exess are not pedlers. never heard so much shite. if i bred a litter for my own use i would sell off whats left. so that makes me the same as some sleazy fecker down the road pumping out second rate crap every other week. or the folk that buy in to punt on at a profit. i dont think so. what about culling healthy animals that are well bred. lets just consider the benefits. . at least if you pass on or sell your well bred stock. they get half a chance. i have a theory about why a lot of folk cull pups. and that is becouse they may be found

    i was always taught that as far as stock goes you should always buy the very best you cant afford. this is very good advice if you are clued up on what you need. As far as stock goes once you have the very best in your yard you wont need to buy in again. now i dont care to spend a lot on anything, but if the right stuff is there then you pay for it. or you could always go for lesser quality. you often hear of top race horses. greyhounds. going cheap dont you. if you want the very best stock and want it at a working mans price. you will need to know somebody that knows somebody.

    Nowhere near you red lights flash when you ask where your location is . Dog when you off next week ?. There plenty here just now great numbers of rabbits and the geese are heading to LochLeven so i reckon you will have a good time we have a big farm job coming up over the bridge. some of that game may just find its way back over with me . happy days.

    Thats right I wasn't trying to pull you up, but the lads that bred him sent me the pics and details of the parents as I was looking for one at the time but there wasn't many left to choose from.So I went with another litter where I had the pick of I think it was thirteen pups.At the time there were three litters of Wheaten crosses advertised in the CM weekly. no probs moorman. probably best you never took one as i got the best from that litter. . if i remember right the bitches dam was a quarter that would make ozzy,s dam 1 eights greyhound. so ozzy has one sixteenth greyhound in him .

    your correct moorman. not much gets past you . i had a pic of the blue bitches dam and defo a dash in her. cant find the pic now . mores the pity. if you look closely at the pics of the dam she isnt a small bitch. the sire also isnt a small terrier. he had a dash of bull in him also. Ozzy was also the biggest pup in the litter. the others had a little less bone and looked far more like lurchers. ozzy on the other hand looked like a wheaten with a little more leg. still does lol. would be nice to see more of this type. or here how some of the others got on.

    the proposed route for moving the turbines in may also cause damage to bridges old houses. road.s ect. / traffic disruption will also be a problem

    i would start with looking for any endangered species . that includes insects butterflies ect. also rare habitat. one was moved up here due to it being raised bog land. also the impact of logistics. the enviroment damage far exeeds the area that the turbines stand in. as far as i,m aware tubine energy is costing money not making money. its a subsidy based. false economy. good luck if you decide to fight it but it will be an uphill battle thats a certainty.

    http://www.whiteleewindfarm.co.uk/ this windfarm was a big grouse moor. and open ground. with forestry. this area had an abundance of varied wildlife. most of it was put to tree's thiis wiped out the white hares and a lot of the ground nesting birds. it was then made into this monsterous wind farm.. have a look through the stats to see the scale of it. this was a big part of our hunting ground as youngsters and it brings a lump to my throat every time i think about it. , there are very few area.s up here now that you cannot see a windmill in every direction you look.. i also have memor

    just look for something bred for the job in mind. and spend plenty of time and effort on it. dont worry to much about whats in the mix. it will be what you make it. good luck

I'd he straight Wheaton x whippet sire dam i never bred this dog. he was bought in. he is a genuine first cross.

    thanks for sharing marshman. some of the more interesting days out ive had have been in old farm dumps. you know the sort, full of old metal milk crates corrigated tin barbed wire and the odd car or farm impliment thrown in for good measure. .good heavy duty snips and a stihl where the order of the day and used more than the spade some unusual haunts for the foxes i remember are an old mg.midget car boot and one below an old tin bath. when we used to go out as youngsters we would go wherever our noses took us.. we had an assort hotch potch bunch of mongrels to start with. mostly family

    great little dogs but for what you need you would be better to make sure they are from hardy animals. i would also look at a beddy greyhound. thats if your set on a beddy cross.
