  6. As said above, depending on what type of ground is being worked if you have a 100 yards of net a 50yd and 2 x 25yds would be more suitable. The type of ground I work is varied from large fields to sand dunes, so it pays to have different lengths of nets to try and cover as many bases as possible. On a typical day doing tight hedgerows and large fields I would carry 2 x 50yds, 2 x 25yds and about 10 x 5yds.   11. A long net typically over 20 yards long. A stop net usually between 5 and 15 yards long. A trammel net with three walls, the large mesh outer walls create the pockets. And just to confuse you some more a net with pockets that does not have outer walls. TC

  14. I watched a video last week on making a billet from a bike chain. The one he made was no where near as tight as yours. TC

  19. Of course big businesses want us to stay in the EU, cheap labour, trade deals and handouts are hard to come by. If we leave the EU there is a very real possibility that it could be a catalyst for other states to do the same. The question none have asked on here yet, is why are we having this referendum if it is only three or four people who actually want out? TC
