its funny really, when you think about it with dogs, my big dog Buck same size as ginger beard dog , but a different stamina. When he was younger and fit, i could put long hard night in , dont get me wrong he blow a bit, but had good recovery from each run , i always found when my bullxs had few hard runs, they could never recover like he could, suppose thats why lads put saluki in there pit x lines to get better wind. A gsd like a collie , both have very good natural stamina .

spot on ., it them kind thick twats , got hunting banned with dogs, you know what they ( intellectual idiots ).

Top man, how it bred then, and what is it , work well with his stinkers , once he can break it to them lol terriers can be bit harder than a lurcher . mind you i could never break Buck to cats , he was ok with stinkers , but never a cat , maybe he thinks them like a charlie lol

well maybe thats true , but as i said on this post, mine been fine, had it good 3 years no prob , i find them great for off roading pick the quarry out right away, ok some people dont like the white light, but i dont have light on long anyway , Buck killed lot of stuff out the beam anyway , regards Lloydy got the lamp quite quick and no prob with money, like with anything people, dogs, lamps, cars etc you can only speak from your own experience . mine been good.!

i think, that maybe wheaten terrier might be better chose me self, as you got more chance of a working type dog i the UK. And even them you got to do your home work to find the working lines, still few over Ireland though , but Airedales today here are just show/pet dogs, it was the Red line that was worked in the States, your draw blank here , i think Skycat prob say the same thing .!

spot on mate, deff in your DNA to start with . when i 1st started weight training/ karate in the 80s , i watched (pumping iron ) thinking i be the next Arnie lol . dont get me wrong , my strength trebled , and i put on weight 2 st , but i could never get any bigger , got bit more stronger , curling 55lb, benching 250lb well over my body weight 13 st 7lb . the coach down there told me that what i achieved was very good, and i worked hard and eat plenty good food , and protein drinks , but he said my DNA would never match the likes of the top b/b blokes, he said they had the natu

only on rabbits, bloke said it was the above breeding, but you never realy know with a lurcher whats gone in them, but regards the deer job and foxes, the 2 breeds deerhound and collie are not the bravest of dogs , when the going gets bit rough, so it dont surprise if this x d/c/g not that good. thats why i said you need drop of pit or mal, or gsd to fire them up a bit.

1st , black man to speak the truth regards BLM , ok some cops are to trigger happy on few blacks, that one cop who put 7 bullets in that black back the other day , bring the cop to account fair enough . but the hulk right, they shouldn't use the color card all the while, any excuse to rob/loot
-
they were popular in 70s d/g/c xs good for few rabbits the odd hare , why not go bullx grey x collie x grey, you got more chance of getting a pup that way and make good alrounder not many deerhound typexs about today.

brill that Trig , only dropping 2 that good going mate, even for any dog that knows the score. and i know you try to pick her the best rabbits for her , she be bang on round jan, when numbers are low with rabbits , she do well. sounds like she got good stamina in those conditions , and good agility , she on par with old bryn with agilty/wind or better would you say ? he 13 next week , limps with his arthritis in his left wrist, but till likes his mooch every day with Buck and woody, Buck 8 now, think woody about 10 the little shit lol

spot on mate , from what been said , they dont like our colonial history linked to slavery etc, well fook;um , 1/2 the BBC run by black/Asian people now, so they stop at nothing to put there colour card up. i going to buck me a place up on the next trip to space , hopefully none of them feckers are there or the virus, just take me lamp and lurcher see whats knocking about up there lol . this place is dragging me down, i feel real sorry for the young people who live in the UK now.!

beddyx whippetx collie grey, somthing 23-25in 50 odd lb , deff need good coat on it,a cold wet night when lamping, or if standing about ferreting a dog soon feel it. i never forgot the one day ferreting in feb , had my old lurcher x lurcher bitch out, she was most greyhound with bit of whippet and collie, but she had the greyhound type coat, norm lamping she was ok , as she be on the move, but standing about she started to get cold. i had to put a old coat on her back, which did help a bit. was qyite funny really, as had couple bolts and she run after the rabbit, with my coat on her, me co
