Brought woody to see them, he was there dog before, so they happy to see him. The lad strong little bugger. He nearly pulled out 36in telly of the table stand, not that light more so for little boy. Woody OK with them but that's why we ended up with him, the mom does well with them, I love them but glad 2 30pm came around phew. Lol

he going like his fookin uncle (Andrew) both are full of shit. i really hope Andrew gets the FBI on to him, even if its over here in England , apart from the old Queen and p/r Anne , and charlie grown on me a bit got no time for the royals.
  7. they deff be handful mate , i watching a vid on them couple years back , and some lines deff got apbt in them , in the vid they were very full on dogs, looked bit bigger than your average bel mal , they go about 25-26 in 75lb the bloke said on the vid, was black bloke , who had them for pp work , strong dogs with good jaw , if couldnt get well bred gsd , i go for well bred dutch shepherd , if wanted good guard dog, i do like the bandog types , but on average they dont bark alot , in my mind a guard dog ( got) to bark to let you know who about deff , or there no point having a guard dog .?
  8. Yeh both dogs, old Bryn 13 in sep, was out at young age, just like Buck, Bryn 12 weeks old, Buck 9 weeks. Both dogs were catching rabbits easy at 6 months old. Bryn was really bred as rabbit dog, and being honest from 6 months old never looked back, he seem to pick them up easy, same as Buck who not bred for rabbits, he picked them up easy, and more impressive more so with 28 on 88lb dog. But I really belive that, because they were out young seeing rabbits about didn't faze them, over running etc. Both have great strike on them. The main thing for me is letting learn the field craft, mo
  9. how long you had the dog mate, was it a rescue or something from the pound ? if so it may have runs in the lamp before . i like to get them out at 9 weeks old day/night, at that age they learn all there field craft , plus by time see say rabbits and got there legs 5-6 months old , there steady and not smashing into stuff at night , where as older dog that not been educated before in the lamp , can very easy hurt there selves deff. Give it a go but take it very easy , see if the dog runs around like crazy.?
  10. ok thanks mate , what do you think of the dutch Shepard compare to the bel mal , ? five only ever seen 1 dutch bitch, and it was nice animal, good guard, nice temp , agile fit dog . think few lines got apbt in them from what i read on the net .. a bloke i know who used help the police pick pups and help train few cop dogs, had couple bel mals , had big strong male 70 odd lb , very switched on type dog, but he loved well bred gsds as well , think they out crossed few mals to gsd
  11. true, but lets face it , the Ban killed off hunting dogs as we know it , if you jumped over the fence day/night , you have every fecker on your back now , before the Ban ok you were never wanted on any ground with a running dog or terrier , but bit more lee way back then . Anything to read better than C/M/W lol , wonder if see another type edrd mag again, maybe like been said they all run there (last) course ?
  12. what kind of dog is it, what type breed ?

Haha, some people on here are sharper than Ken knife lol
  14. apart from apbt=bulldogs , what other breed of dog would you say, come close to them for gameness , that can take high level of pain . over the years ive seen big breeds of dogs, rottie, bullmastiff, great dane, well bred gsds , all powerful dogs that could kill 30-50lb apbt , but none have the tenacity of well bred apbt = bulldog . we had old line staffs when i was teenager , these were like some pits of today 17-19 in 40 - 50lb , but even them had that hard trait about them , my old dad always kept them on a lead when out , never loose , he knew what they could do. where i lived befor
  15. there still few about , if you do your homework , you get one, your right mate , get the above breeding in the lines, you get quality Alsatian in temp/ health , couple lads on here got well bred bitch gsds , they put few pics and write ups about them on here . Regards ( jetro) would Buck step in and protect me , i doubt mate, he just to soft with people and dogs, i was watching the other day, he go up to a stranger , tail waging he loves fuss , he just big soft thing lol, but if got his hunting head on , he different animal , he full on when hunting . suppose really , like my wife alwa
  16. Sounds real nice pup that, and from proper working lines, will be far more healthy than your average ped show type, the HD won't be as bad as show stuff. If was getting a pure Alastian he be what I pick deff. You having him? If you do send me few pm /pics and how he comes on, one thing I've found out with all gsds, from. People who had them, that they are brave, loyal, brill guards, and very powerful dogs, got bit more psi jaw power than apbt, but there sensitive dogs, Buck my 1x gsd very sensitive more than old Bryn my collie x grey, so it kids gloves job if they ever play up, but
  17. looks sharp that, nice pup.
  18. +2, and the sire very nice dog as well, cracking pups these will be , and tested parents , should go like hot cakes , . Regards Mushroom lol, i went to a lurcher show years ago , didnt tell me wife where was going that day, we hadnt spoke for 5 days had bust up over me not helping her doing jobs in the house cleaning lol, came back with a lurcher x lurcher bitch pup , bit of collie, whippet, think bit of wheaten, she looked like a brindle greyhound 25in, she was great bitch , took few hares in the day, mull foxes no prob, rabbits, great lamp dog, so drop of wheaten in a lurcher deff
  19. Dogs are strange ain't they, I knew bloke in the 80s had Irish terrier,x greyhound that would mull any fox not over big dog 23in, but keen on then, he used have Alastian as well that kill them, that doesn't surprise either, Buck dam the gsd would pile into them when out mooching, maybe think the cat lol, some dogs just hate them!
  20. come to think about it, when yo look at Ali , and i think is mother or it was his auntie , there not that dark really, and Ali not that black is he ? And yet he gave all the black for black stuff , when changed his name from Cassius clay , he called that is slave name , he had white in his genes anyway , prob that why he didnt like whites, i prob eating away at him deep down
  21. Just out of intreast today, if you wanted a game bred bulldog. Not these big unfit things or ones with abd in the mix, as there that much shit out there that supposedly bulldogs I think it be hard getting the real deal today.?
  22. Wolves won at home, another 3 points for them, looking real good for this end of season and next year Come on Wolves????
  23. Spot on mate, a dog that catch all quarry, and 23 - 26in lurcher would be prob what look for. But In saying that, I've got a dog here Buck 28in, picks rabbits up quite good in the lamp had 38 up the dales, and catch 20 on hard fast ground, but rabbits wasn't what he was really bred for.?
  24. the more you read what the asking for ped pups , it makes me want to get mongrel from the rescue center ,£ 60-80 quid get nice dog or even a pup from there they get few rescue litters in there at times.
