spot on, lets face it if dog aggressive like that it no good, ive been in few situations in the past, where going out lamping had a invite , going put my dog in the back of a van etc, but there dog or dogs are aggressive , and there no fookin way am i putting by big dog in there with them, Christ they get hurt enough working, never mind getting attacked by another dog. my big dog big daft thing and i dont wont it any other way, if he changed his temp he be nightmare to take out. i had kelpie x collie x grey bitch , that was twat for fighting , i hit it loads of times, but in the end pts, but -

He did say that, some of his stags hit 100lb, fast great wind, and coat/feet, and plenty of guts to tackle 30-40 lb yotes. I reckon, one of this put to a greyhound x deer hound would be spot on. You deff need a dog, that can run a deer in the wood, meaning no when to old back at the right time, many a time my big dog gone into Woods nearly flat out, how he don't get hurt feck knows lol, what ever you buy, get it out at a young age to learn it's feild craft = woods, ditches, etc that way it get used to those. things it will In counter.

haha , your bloody right regards jaws film, i not bad swimmer , used do about 8 lengths of the standard pool, i was more into diving , went to spain watching the local lads diving of these rocks , about 20ft drop, anyway i did it no prob,, so thought i swim back to the beach where i left my towel . one of the lads said few days before a 14ft shark had been caught where we been diving, fook me it was real nervy swim, i kept looking around, and blow in the sea, yep i got back quick lol

Not yet Gnash, my antibiotics run out Saturday, so feck knows what happen. My wife bit better than me, she still rough but coughing up, and clearing her chest, where as me coughing but carnt clear my chest if you see what I mean, and like said on here, I suffer with stomach cramps with my IBS, so all this coughing really hurting guts, so really trying not to cough, but it bloody hard mate ?

Well me and my wife , have been feeling real rough for 18 days now, coughing out guts out, vile headache all the while. we been just carrying on with it, until monday , i said to this feckin stupid we not getting better at all, i said to her wonder if we caught covid 19 etc, well so we bought the tests from NHS kit , done the test , Negative . so i said we try another test in 15 mins thats the time it states , same again negative. so said i doing one more , and that was negative. so phoned the doctor up told him everything, he said what you and your wife are viral chest infections, and h

from what ive read , and talked to few people over the years , is that the kelpie and the collie were the same breed that went out ot Oz from Scotland , ok they may have put bit of acd in the mix, then out crossed back to other border collies, but the kelpie and collie were same breed at 1st. ive had border colliex greys that were ok , but not what call tough dogs more so if they had step up a gear, but i did have a kelpie x border collie x grey bitch in the 80s, now ok on paper only 1/4 kelpie , but feck me she was nothing like my border collie xs , alot more guts in her , dont know abou

yeh , suppose we can say that about all breeds apbt, labs, acds, collies ,gsd, kelpies all working breeeds. ithink whats breed said the tenacity of a acd, would be more than a border collie ,welsh collie, and kelpie , the drive be similar of all the herding dogs , i think the acd have more guts about deff. but ive herd few times said, some border collies who work cattle are very tough type dog , get knocked about every day, but always ready to work full on the next day, and there are the type to use for lurcher work , for there mind set, and physical attributes deff. same as some working

nice pup , ive always liked whippets, more so none peds. if i was you mate i get different collar , get proper whippet collar , as the collar that it got on to ig and could catch on branches etc, once it finds it feet, better safer than sorry with them little runners .

sorry DC for your loss, they deff get under our skin, and thats nice place to put her to rest.Back to the post , suppose its how you define word lurcher ? now over my 30dd years messing around lurchers, ive had big'uns and small ones, rough/ smooth, dogs and bitches .Not going to say one was better than another, all caught rabbits, the odd deer, and foxes and few hares. i did have a good bitch smooth brindle 24 in 50lb , had few hares in the day, good in the lamp took what ever you slipped her on, but got crippled at 4 year old with knee injury, i kept her 14 years till she died. had bull

I really hope you get it, like you say you on training for good 12 months or so, you never know if interviewed well, you good get it. I went for a job years back, as gas board engineer, like your job it was training on the job, this was in the 80s. I selled me self well, showed massive intreast, and had the crack with them, prob that tipped the scales for me. Just out of intreast mate, where are big numbers of rabbits in Oz? I thought I watched a vid in Oz, not so long back, where they totally over run with run the feckers the ground just moved with rabbits, not sure if it was new south Wales, might be wrong. If lived in Oz, and had could get to place like that, I spend 3-days there, plenty of dog food, and work for ferrets, and deff lamping for the lurchers?

spot on, my last 2 dogs, both were catching rabbits easy in the lamp at 6 month old , bryn lived till he was 14 yar old, and catching rabbits 10 years old,Buck the same and being honest even though he was big heavy dog, he pick rabbits up easy. Both made it look easy, trigger on here would tell you same as me as seen both dogs work, Buck lost bit of pace now, but i knew he would as big dogs slow down and age quicker than smaller dogs he 10 year old this august. i think it comes down to how you enter them, when young, No silly long slips, walk up to the rabbits at 1st , let them catch few, ge
