I see you've got Kirkland salt, I bought lots of big tubs from Costco, love " the hottest fxcking wing sauce " lol. Costco salt and chilli belly slices are still my favourite along with good ribeye and lamb shoulder. Kids wanna watch fa cup final Saturday so I'll probably throw something on the smoker for after the pub..

As for method/times I use internal temp probe , means it's spot on mostly, and wings etc just cook until they're how I like em well done lol. Ribs I tried online recipe 321 belly pork I do really slow to render the fat so it's like butter. I'm getting hungry thankfully got two ribeyes for later ....

Just googled them mate , this was the jerk rub.... Jamaican Jerk Seasoning WWW.JOCOOKS.COM This Jamaican Jerk Seasoning blend is made right at home... The lamb I just make up as is basic and forgiving meat. The brisket I try different online rubs but have a base I start with, once you've got the spices it's pretty easy, can't go to far wrong with salt pepper garlic powder onion powder and maybe smoked paprika.

Russia will be done within a year , china are beholden on feeding a billion people , India and Brazil they swinging states better pick a side soon. I honestly think people are deluded when they talk about western power , the west has the resources to crush the entire world financial, political, weapon etc . And in my view the majority of leaders just want their coffers filled....people are pawns.

I done similar... Jet washed the decking had needles stuck in me shoulder and neck and back cracked then spent most of day washing up and cooking ?? on the smoker, sun shining ..... Having a beer life's good enjoy bud looks amazing...

I did some allotment belly salt and chilli Friday , got beef short ribs on be ready in couple of hours.... To add I removed pig skin and seasoned fat was much better as low and slow skin goes to leather

There's obviously too many dickheads with capable dogs, I'm sure a lot would be better off with a bullet especially if it stops a kid getting maimed or killed. I just came out of screw after meeting the friendliest ever staffy, guy told me he's ex assist dog for autistic children, got more kids chatting than any adult could, he'd was officially recognised by hospitals etc. Anyway just shows what good owner ship can bring out of an animal....

Well I haven't read much of the science but reduces inflammation in the body which is connected to physical and mental health. Releases dopamine and endorphins too I believe...
