I had shoulder issue got it sorted at a private clinic , had the needles didn't really rate them , but the repositioning and massages work, I also think inflammation is major factor , Saunas and cold water swimming has helped physically and mentally, but I need to lose weight and improve my diet.

Watching eternal Amazon, documentary on prime , very good, intelligent projects showing how you really save an area. Not like the usual BBC/Attenborough doom and gloom.

Well soaked today, but in 3 HR saw one lone mountain biker so an enjoyable mooch the woods were more pleasant than sideways wind and rain on top . Saw a couple of cuckoo's , flew straight at me closest I've seen them. Odd squirrel and rabbit....

I got tired of half the stands being Chinese crap or stuff totally unrelated, rip off poor quality food , seemed more like a motor cross event the last one. My local big house is putting on queer fest I shit you not, that about sums up some of these country landowners

I worked with lads , slated a Scouse lady for reading the sun paper , but fair play , vile tabloid nonsense...was it them that celebrated sinking of Argentinian ship killing 900 young men... I've no time for the tabloids in general

I did vama veche beach in Romania, not very exotic but was bikers and hippy's camping on the beach , that has gone already in the space of a few years....was an amazing week I'm glad I experienced before complete commercialisation....

I got a child's medical/insurance issues if I can do a euro villa I'll be a happy man , but experiences are king and I'll find a few over the next few years.

The rock juiced to the eyeballs as someone said has ruined more films than he's made , I find myself paying through the hilt for films I grew up on Spartacus, vikings, Jason and the Argonauts etcs but at least we can all enjoy, otherwise it's black Victorians made up malarky or swearing aimed at kids or dumbed down comedy. Juice is everywhere rugby , Jujitsu, they need to put a stop to it otherwise it's just chemical sports , I understand you need a competitive edge but if it's policed and not a norm then youngsters have half a chance at success without injections

I always fancied Asia as a younger me , did India Africa , south America didn't appeal as much now I've a young family I watch it on TV lol. But travel is an adventure for sure and you meet amazing people , fair play to you for having all these experiences ?

Wife knows people gone to Portugal, no swimming pools due to water shortages. See Spain has large areas of the Costas not set up for tourists . These temps are definitely gonna kill a lot of people elderly especially. Hopefully it passes quickly , keep cool everyone in it. And remember those temps are in the shade 2m in the air. Get in the sun and it's reaching deadly temps, add humidity and you can't.cool down....
