Within the last couple of days the lads I mostly work with are on the books, will do anything asked , my gaffer treats them like dogs tbh, the day he speaks to me like he does the rest I'm gone , so a job that should've been craned in was lifted in a narrow corridor with Chinese electric hoists , they put a strop around lifted one end then the other strop slipped and put a hole in concrete I just said I'm going for break try and stay alive , someone will lose something, but it won't be me , saw hs walk past and pretend not to notice but they've dealt cards to lads not wearing safety specs , it

I had similar off a guy from a neighbouring 8 storey block screaming where's your hard hat I looked up to blue sky .., three floors down heard a yelp looked over , a lad had gone through the back of his hand with a Stanley cutting cement boards , if id had your quick thinking I'd have tossed my hard hat down... Got bollocked today had to chop some cut outs in a fibreglass walkway panel , hs came out said I'm making dust , no breathing apparatus, why aren't I cutting it behind a fence etc. I just stopped and came back out with a recip to finish off , 60m away they're cutting the concrete r

Lovely time to be out , best day I had in Romania I was out before dawn in minus ten, dogs had a couple of runs as the sun came up , back for a glass of moonshine to warm the cockles , then the little dog decided to kill the neighbours cat, oh well ying and yang -
Rolling about in a caustic drain ditch yesterday, today up in a dark roof space humping beams about , glad the week is over...more DIY demolition tomorrow.

I think ratting with terriers , as bland as it may seem, it's a realistic ambition , something I used to enjoy , I guess I'd enjoy legal daytime on deer. Id like to have a bash at ragondin in France with terrier and lurcher. I've no desire for big game, if I won the lottery I'd buy a nice rough shoot to mooch about on with dog and gun. These days I'm enjoying fishing and it fits in easier with life.

Well, hardest session I've had for a blank. River conditions weren't great to put it mildly. I've needed to get out as been work since Christmas and 50 days of rain. Had good company,some decent scran, learnt some stuff from Sean , got to test out my barbel bundle , know what bits and pieces I need to get together, and have returned with a great appreciation of my shower, bed and sofa lol.

The wife is siding with restore and lowe and she's Romanian Hungarian, I feel I may have to back track on previous comments, maybe I was just excited about something other than labour conservative options , lowe certainly doesn't hold back I like the de islamification of UK thing , I'm more concerned about removing illegal immigrants tbh, I felt it was going to move further right , just thought it would be after the reform landslide . I'm going to sit of the fence for a bit see what pans out if reform ally with cons I'm out , I do want radical change , see what happens in next couple of months

I'm guessing you've been banging this drum for a few decades , and the reality is still the same, you need a party that will appeal to the mainstream in order to win. Id probably vote for lowe if I felt he had half a chance but he doesn't, same as BNP or any other minority . So my arguement still stands and to prevent reform having powers is naive at best and treacherous at worst. You won't get what you want and you'd rather scupper any chance of change than be disloyal to your values , but that is where we lose in the game of politics...
