Well I was hoping to do more prep than I have but I'll have time while the turkey is on, made a parsley lemon garlic butter for the turkey and stuffed with onion lemon and bay. Mate gave me a recipe for sprouts which is smashed up sprouts cooked with lardons/bacon and topped with parmesan. Doing leeks in sauce , roasties parsnips, carrot, pigs in blankets and some butchers stuffing, going to try again to pull off a good gravy , I've got giblets and wings etc to kickstart it.but got bisto if I mess up, got a tart and pavlova for pud. Turkey going on at 7 and gonna rest for 2/3 hours uncovered
