    it's always been us and them. the divide has been around for centuries, lurchermen have always been viewed with suspicion. majority never get permission and a lot that get in with keepers soon turn holier than thow on the lads they left behind.

    finally settled on 23/18 with sumekie. 65 with 9.5mm steel. started hitting stuff now so decided to stick with it.

    tend to find that with beddywhippets mate. first cross you get the odd smooth one. put two first cross together and there's a lot more variation, you get quite a lot more smooth coated ?

    Well I am new to this but took Mr Wilkes advice and use.65 bands, precise, sumekie etc with 9.5mm steel. had my first pigeon and squirrel so must be doing something right ?
