Last nights Quorn Lasagne - not my first choice, little 'un requested it because she prefers the texture to mince.
If you've never used it before, it doesn't cook like mince - it's better to do the sauce first (red onions, tomatoes, garlic, a few herbs and a load of red wine), reduce it down, then add the Quorn.
......... To be fair, it was still quite nice.
