That sounds like Muay Thai training

Stanley FatMax ........ good sturdy bit of kit - I've had mine for years - you can measure long spans without it buckling or, chase the dog round the living room with it without getting off the sofa

Ozark - Series 4 I could happily spend some time underneath Ruth Langmore

Nah, I bet she's wild - you'd have a good time on her ?
-
Last nights tea - a big ol' hawiian burger I didn't have any onion so, I put grated apple in the mince - it actually turned out quite nice.
-
It was a cold one at work last night - I got back in the van around 3:30 this morning for a cuppa and this came on Planet Rock ......

That's actually quite interesting - how far spread is that kind of feeling over there?

Dirty scumbag - and there's still people out there that will try to tell you that the BBC isn't riddled with paedophiles and perverts Anyone else would be serving time just for the stun guns and CS gas that they found at his house.

400k proceeds of crime for breeding bulldogs
Jonjon79 replied to South hams hunter's topic in General Talk
I bet they are mate - I just meant that these 2 are going to have to go legit now so, in there shoes, I'd go and do it somewhere warm where I wouldn't have to pay HMRC -
No, not at all mate - it's an interesting conversation I think the UKIP/Brexit vote was a once in a lifetime thing - they managed to polarise a nation over an idea. ....... I wish UKIP could have kept up the momentum.

Oh I've got no doubt that we'd see some pain with an election like that but, I think he would probably shake things up really well for a while - possibly change the face of government policy making for years. Look how he behaved at the EU - He's not scared to roll his sleeves up.

I'd like nothing more than to see Nigel Farage walking through the front door of No 10 but, it's not going to happen - the other side have done just enough work to make 'nationalism' a dirty word. There's too many middle-class bleeding hearts and immigrants now. All we can do at the moment is try to slow the rate of decline while we take care of our own - I can't help that the NHS is f****d, despite how I'm taxed but, I can keep checking on my relatives and the old girl next door. I've said it before on here - I'll just keep working hard, squirreling away what I can and,

It's damage control mate - sadly, that's all we have. Lots of us would like to see real change but, there just aren't the amount of people that would place that kind of vote in the country - the apathetic NIMBYs will have us in limbo for generations to come.

400k proceeds of crime for breeding bulldogs
Jonjon79 replied to South hams hunter's topic in General Talk
The article said that they have over £1m in assets. I'm sure it also said that they have a good reputation as breeders. The answer looks simple to me - sell up, pay the £400k, take the rest and start again legitimately with a good creative accountant. If it was me, I'd be looking to build things back up and bugger off to somewhere like America so that I never have to give HMRC another penny ever again. -
There was a bit on the news on the way to work this morning - they reckon Labour are currently 10 points ahead of the Conservatives. Imagine kneeling Starmer and that gobby feckin fish wife being in power

Yep, those robbing b*****ds don't like anyone making free money. Unless you're a big multinational of course. -
Christ mate, I can't think of anyone worse than the Greens but, I am a bit selfish in that respect - I don't want a bunch of Gretta Thunbergs whacking up my fuel and heating bills and putting more taxes on my car. We're all fleeced enough as it is - none of us want to be robbed of more cash. I voted for Boris last time round because he was the only hope for getting Brexit sorted. ......... If I'm given the option of a more nationalist party next time, that's where my vote will go, as long as I don't think it will dilute the votes enough to allow a combo like Corbyn and A
-
Honestly mate, I would if I had the choice. The 2 towns that I've ever been eligible to vote in have always had the options of Conservative, Labour, Lib Dem or Greens. ......... I'd rather vote for the Blazing Saddles party if I had that option - as far back as I can remember (Since I gave a shit about more than chasing fanny, drinking beer and playing pool) it's always been about damage control. I think a lot of people across the country would vote for a smaller party if they just had the option.

It won't be anyone with any authority that turns up Keith - if you don't feel like dealing with them when they arrive, you can tell them to bugger off
-
That's a shame - he said he likes you
