Bacon, onion and parsley rolled up in suet pastry then, wrapped in cloth that's been coated in lard, then boiled for around 90 minutes. For me it's a proper flavour from my childhood days.

A bit of a cheat dinner today........ Work finished late and, I'm back on at stupid o'clock in the morning so, I grabbed some barbecue ribs and a microwave vegetable medley thing from the Co-op. ......... it tuned out nice to be fair - the meat just fell off the ribs
