    There could be mate - this ATN is mounted a long way back. Also, I had to buy a dovetail to weaver adapter rail to mount it. I don't know about the Photon as I've never tried one but, Si rates it So far, I've only tried the X-Sight in daylight - for the past 4yrs, I've been using a NS Viper because scoped NV makes me feel dizzy - I'm hoping that this will be different ?

    Mum's got a Boxer/Staffy cross - it's the size of a Boxer but looks like a pure Staffy. It's as soft as shit and daft as a brush. Because I used to play fight with it as a puppy, the lump sees me as play time now - it rips me to bits with its dew claws and, it feckin head butts me ? But, it's always been gentle and protective with all the grandkids

    Yeah, sorry, I still haven't had chance to do much with it yet. It's completely different to what I'm used to so, until I've given it a good run, the jury's still out. I've put it on the HW100 and zeroed it - which was very easy. First impressions are that it's well made but, I'm wondering if it'll be too much technology for me. ...... As soon as I can feck work of for a bit, I'll find out

    I wear dark blue cargo trousers because I get them free from work and, if it's cold or wet, a DPM smock. If it's warm, a lightweight leaf suit jacket. Usually with a baseball cap and some scrim pulled up over my nose.

    I use a cheap little 1" locker on a key ring. I think it cost me about 2 quid. It's done rabbits, pigeons, squirrels, twine, wire, all sorts. If you look after any blade, it should serve you well ....... This one's been going for about 4 years.

    That's a cracking result mate I have looked at thermal and, I reckon it would be a game changer but, it's still expensive at the moment.

    But, what do you reckon Jeff? Personally, I reckon it would be. I've never had a .22 version but, it'd still be an HW100. ..... Pound for pound, I don't think you can buy a better sub 12 all rounder at the moment - in either calibre Obviously the trajectory would be different but, you could work on that slightly with a lighter pellet.

    I'm one of them - I don't normally like football, they're a bunch of over paid fannies that are too quick to fall over for f**k all. And, when the sport comes on at the end of the news, it's not the sport - there's loads of different sport going on around the world every day - it's the 'poofs in the premier league report'. But, I do like the world cup - it's a chance to get all tribal and support our lads the best bit so far was watching the Argentinian fans cry
