Cheers mate Growing up, mum seemed to think that everything had to be well done before it was cooked - it was when I moved out and started cooking for myself that I found out that there was pretty much no food that I didn't like.

...... At Food Warehouse (part of Iceland) There's a few new warehouse shop type places popping up round here - one of them is called Food Warehouse. We popped in today to see what it was like and to be fair, they've got some good stuff. I've never had Wagyu beef before but, I'd heard it's nice - they had these Wagyu rump steaks - a couple of minutes each side in the griddle and, it was bloody lovely. The meat is different to a normal steak - the fibres are smaller and they part easier. The taste is almost a little buttery. At £8 a pop

I was smoking 15 - 20 a day and, at £10.50 a packet, that's a good saving ..... I don't plan to use these things for ever - they're just to take the edge off slowly ?

Cheers mate I agree, it would be better to just ditch it altogether - I tried a year (ish) ago and, I was one grumpy twat. The missus gave up on the spot as soon as she found out she was pregnant back in 2004 - she found it easy.

Anyway, today the missus got me this. It's one of them box type ones. ....... I had a go on it and, it felt like I'd been punched in the chest. Also, the nozzle bit seems to get hot really quick. It's on its lowest setting. Am I doing something wrong here?

I packed up smoking a few weeks ago and, started using this vape pen thingymajig - I suppose it's taken the edge off any cravings that might have otherwise been there but, to be honest, it's getting on my tits a bit. ........ It needs charging and you have to keep topping it up.
