    I didn't know there was an app mate - I'll give it a look I've read a few negative things about Champix now so, I reckon I'll dodge that one - that Nicorette stuff was bad enough, it's like having a gob full of chemicals.

    Cheers for the comments and ideas so far It's only day 2 today - I don't know if this is part of packing it in but, I feel like my face hasn't woken up properly yet. ...... I've been up since the usual time, I've had a few coffees. It's interesting to hear the ages that some of you started at. For me, I was into amateur boxing through my teens so, I didn't start smoking until my early 20s.

    I'm pushing 40yrs old and, my health and my pocket could be better - nearly £10.60 a pack now ? I work 50hrs a week in an active job with plenty of heavy lifting and, I eat a varied diet so, I'm pretty healthy and, my stamina is good. I do like a smoke - especially 1 with a coffee around 4:30/5am when I get up, after a meal, last thing at night and, with a cuppa at work. I know that the missus and my daughter would be happy if I gave up. ......... I went a week a while back but, feck me did I get grumpy - not with those 2 - I was a complete c**t to peop

    I had a cracking day out with my daughter today. ...... We took her camera up to one of my permissions and, bearing in mind that she hasn't been interested in photography for long, she got some good pictures Anyway, we thought we'd have some barbecue chicken for dinner. ......... Nothing fancy - breasts flattened out, cheese and barbecue sauce in the middle, wrapped in bacon. It's been warm sun and blue skies all day, now, when the food's cooking, it feckin rains. Ah well, carry on regardless

    Yeah, that phrase gets on my tits a bit - I imagine there's a lot of regular people there that are just pissed off with the status quo. .........     I've never tried an HW80 Jo but, I've read a lot of good things about them - Maybe one day I have tried a 77 though and, it was very easy to get accuracy from - between the 2, that would be my choice. However, if you want an opinion for a good springer, I don't think the TX200hc can be beat

    Welcome Lee Good choice of rifle. I've never had a .20 but, you shouldn't go far wrong if you test pellets from some of the quality makers - JSB & H&N. ....... Those Kaisers are a JSB variant so, they're worth a go.
