    Thanks for all your replies , tried the environment agency , they told me to try a national waste disposal company such as viola or biffa , their prices are sky high. Yes it is classed as hazardous waste when empty or full , you need a paper trail from purchase to use to disposal. Yes the way to get rid of them was common practice to crush and bury it in your last hole . The new phostoxin flasks are to be numbered and you will need a transfer note from a hazardous waste disposal company on collection to prove it is no longer in your possession. surely I can't be the only one using th

    I do not produce much waste now , having moved back towards traps apart from phostoxin flasks. I have contacted a couple of companies regarding removal of the flasks, I know they are classed as hazardous waste, but the price to take them away seems ludicrous. I sometimes only use one flask , vent it and securely store it , but would rather get rid rather than accumulate them. I would appreciate any advice on best waste carriers . Thanks.

    Personally i'm moving more towards traps now , but on farms i'm using more phostoxin.

    I have court one after a few minutes , before I covered the trap up as I was too busy chatting to the customer, , but now with mole juice available , i'm confident , but not 100% , that I will be catching more and more.

    Well on the note of selling off work i'm selling mine off in sunny Norfolk and looking for some or maybe even a job as we are re-locating to Derbyshire / south Yorkshire. if you can help me out please contact me , sorry if I seam to have hijacked this thread it was not my intention. Oh and at the moment I travel to wherever the work is , but keep mole work to within 20 miles radius.

    Very interested if someone can produce a similar trap as i'm just sick of waiting and waiting after you place an order . Orederd some spare hooks they even took 2 weeks to arrive.

    If you are providing a 'commercial' service that is a dangerous habit to get into When (or if) you are found out, you will likely get a big fine, and also backdated charges Like I said recently; don't make life hard for yourself. You are paid to kill stuff, not remove it.     I am registered as a lower tier waste carrier and have always diposed of rodent bodies in my domestic bin , double bagged. The council new I did this , Now Friday ,they have back tracked and said this is no longer allowed , what the f~~~. I aked them if I was a householder and caught a rat or mouse in my garden how would I dispose of it , they told me I could put it in the bin. Any ideas , please lads as to what I do now , I have looked on the BPCA website , and there is a contact number on there for rodent disposal .
