  1. Ye there a nice size the young bitch its mabye a bit to small. The black dog is my sidekick i grew up with that dog so we no how each other tick if you know what i meen. Good nose and i wouldnt go ferreting with out her. caught a fair bit in cover aswell big and small and shes not a fast dog but just knows how to be in the right place at the right time.   3. Mostly bushing the one on the left has done a little bit but to be honest its not her thing but does well above ground with lurchers. The other one is shaping up well to be a handy lal bitch had her 1st season this last backend going to ground. She can only go bushing in spots i know dont have any earths because she will drop in so she doesnt do so much. The black dog is my springweiler realy handy dog. Do you keep a border?
  4. Jonnys hounds were fed on fallen stock if i remember right. Him and my grandad were cousins and remember him telling me he whent up to the kennels oneday and jonny was sat eating his sandwiches on a blown up dead cow he was cutting up for them haha.

Having met you your far from thick,one of the best spoken people I've ever met..good job its just the spelling and such I initially wrote about because being from Cumbria my dialect is atrocious,no one can understand me at the best of times so writing and spelling is the easiest way of communication haha I get that a lot with being from cumbria.   9. Ive heard the same as that up here in the lakes some lads going round in a transit trying to sell stuff and comeing back for your dogs. I dont no any one thats had there dog took but still keep an eye out.

  11. Bugger the working hard..... Get yourself some Shetland sheep! Let THEM do the hardwork of bringing back decent pasture, and as an added bonus fill your freezer with the best hogg mutton you ever tasted You don't get sheep and clear ground yourself lol! or failing that get yourself some goats I got my lass a couple pygmy goats and i just tie them up round the yard keep the grass down well havent needed to use the strimmer since i got them the comical lal things as well.

  14. I understand what your saying im a bit soft at the start with them but by the time youve lambed a few thousand and dealt with there death diseases and suicides you cant waite for them to get fat and get sold to kill. I love my sheep but at the end of the day thats there purpose in life.

If you have a shearing machince or even some hand shears i would clipp there bellys out and a line out from the bottom of there neck to the chin that makes it easier to keep clean while butching thats what i do with mine before they go to slaughter. Or if you can sheep shear just shear the whole sheep it only takes 2 mins they shear them all before slaughter in france and noreway.

I dont no the pedigree but i know there mother and father were fetched over from australia by 2 sheep shearers ive known for a long time who have farms near me thats how we got gifted them there for working sheep not pest controling saying that mine has caught a few furry things in his time. I no what you mean about late to mature he has settled down a fer bit now hes 6 they have a totally diffrent working style to collies and they will never jack in when the going gets tough these little dogs take it in there stride.   22. How do you get your kelpies to switch off me and my dad have brother and sister and all they want to do is work and if you dont have anything for them to do they go and find something to do there proper little grafters them kelpies. Are yours the same?
