Not keen on brown ale by its self but my mum use to put a bit in the gravy when we had a roast and it was the best gravy ive ever had.

You cant go wrong with a 450 yamaha grizzly ive got one and it hasnt put a foot wrong since i got it.

If i ever broke anything my grandad would say "your like a pig with a gripe"

Do not use ivermectin or noromectin! I would use some very dilluted sheep dip and when i say very i meen very dilluted. And make sure it doesnt get it in its eyes ears or mouth. You need a license to buy sheep dip but if you ask a local farmer for some nicely he may give you some.

Have you still got your mk3

Its not my dog its the missus she had it before we got together so i dont know much of its vet history. Im deffinatly going to get a second opinion on this one. Gnipper you could be right because ive found some of the vets at this practice are anti feildsports and are usualy pretty arsey if you fetch a dog in with a working related injury of sorts. Ive never had any trouble with them but i can tell there not keen on it. To be honest though even though the dogs not mine its tail has got a lot worse since ive been taking it out mooching with my lot before it would just be going down the park fo

So the missus springer has been needing its tail amputating for a while now as its in a bad state. We now have the money to get it sorted dropped the dog of at the vets first thing this morning and just landed home with her now. When i went to pick her up the vet brought the dog out wiith its tail still intact saying they will not operate on her because she has a heart murmor and its to risky so they want to just bandage it up so it will heal. But i really dont see this as a long term solution and i really dont know what to do has anyone else come across this before?

Ferret Re-homing thread - Free to good homes ONLY
Blackdog92 replied to a topic in Ferrets & Ferreting
Looking for a adult hob ferret in cumbria please pm me if youhave some information atb. -
I asked a police officer about this a while ago and he said you can have one in the car aslong as you have a reason for it being there. I told them i keep mine in the van most of the time for while im at work for pest control and they had no problem with it.
-
Im makeing them 4ft i just copied what that guy did in that 40min video on youtube. Ye i cant wait to use them now i just need a hutch and a ferret. Im makeing everything my self well nearly everything i wouldnt have a clue how to make a ferret finder so i'll have to dip in my wallet for that. Hopefully i'll have a hutch put together soon so i can get hold of an adult ferret so i can spend time threw the summer handling a bit and getting use to me. So we'll be ready to go come september.
-
After multiple attempts i have finally completed my first purse net. Im chuffed to bits with it its took a little bit to get used to it but hopefully ive got the hang of it. Now just another 99 to go

Ferraris all use to be yellow but before all the safety options there was a lot more crashes and deaths so they started painting them blood red so the blood wouldnt show up on the car when the driver mutilated them selves in them. If you put a drop of blood on a red ferrari its a perfect match.
-
How do all. So im thinking about getting back in the ferret game and i want to make all my own gear ie hutch, carrier, nets so far ive started learning to make purse nets slowly may i add. I was nearly pulling my hair out last night trying to get the hang of it but i'll get there eventually. Any way i would like to see some of your ferret housing for ideas for my own im only planning on getting one at first but plan on makeing it bigger than i need so when the time comes i dont need to make an extension or another hutch. Cheers lads.

Welcome were abouts in west cumbria are you from?
-
My lurcher will do at least 6 mile a day behind the van on the way to and from work its a 3 mile single track so its pretty safe to run behind and for the rest of the day just trails around with me and the sheepdogs while at work and then go for a mooch around some woodlands and stuff after work. All of mine are usually out most of the day because i have the luxury to have them out all the time. Theres not many jobs were you can have 5 or 6 dogs with you all the time so im very lucky in that sense.

Looks like youve just taken some pics of a live one thats some nice work mate. How long does it take to make a mask from start to finnish? Ive got one in my living room that my great grandad had its nearly 100 years old now.

One of my sheepdogs has foxhound in him not to far down the line and he has thrown a bit that way as hes built more like a hound than your normal sheepdog hes got a big head and massive feet and stamina to go all day hes not the fastest but has a good pace. I would rather that than have an hour and a half of flying round at top speed then f***ed for the rest of the day like another dog i have. He sounds like a hound aswell when he gets behind some sheep to shift them on.

In bits or sides? A 40kg live weight lamb will make £65 £ depend on the lamb so you will be looking a little bit on top of that.
-
What type of lowas did you have? Ive got the lowa gtx's and there an awsome pair of boots i do a lot of fell gathering and these out do any other boot ive had highly recomend them.
-
Can your whippet x spaniels catch in the open? I would love to see some of them working. Did you use a cocker or springer? I think a spaniel brings more to the table than it takes away in my opinion.
-
as said ,lovely borders them mate ,what x is the black dogShes a springer spaniel x rotweiler nobody ever belives me but i got her of a gamekeeper i know. Just goes to show you can x a spaniel with almost anything and get a useful worker, nice strong bitch that mate They were a total accident he went on holiday when is bitch was on heat and his mum was looking after the dogs while he was away and she let them out together so the inevitable happened. Dam was the spaniel and sire was the rottie he had trained his rottie to do a bit of flushing and that sort of thing i dont think it would
