That's true Bob, a lot of Liverpool parks have em in. I remember the big ones at Walton Hall park were knicked once and the fishing lads went all 'detective' to get them back and did so too! They all liked seeing them there. Think if i get round to putting a pond in the garden i may put them in before fish.

I'd also be mindful of putting terriers in those huge blocks of bales, seen some real sickening falls from keen, excited dogs.

Half Cross To Half Cross Advice Wanted.

Line bred half cross. One side 3rd gen the other 4th. Nowt else in the mix.This dogs dam was out of the same sire as Bradus's dog. -

Some of the best dogs i've seen work have been out of brother and sister matings. Put them back to their mother too and bred even tighter with no i'll effects BUT we knew exactly what was in em and what we'd get out of em.

Half Cross To Half Cross Advice Wanted.

In my expierience I've always found more even litters with second generation half cross bull's and the same further down the line BUT it was always line bred and not scatter bred. If i was gonna take a punt on a half cross again i would always go for line bred stuff. IMO if the bloods good and the parents well worked your deffo on to a winner. -
Sad news but you are lucky it was so quick at home. Always best for both parties when it happens like that.

Great stuff, love an old fashioned Russell and there's some crackers up here. I put a thred up about them a couple of years back and most pic's that were put up were bleedin show stoppers, Cruft's finest and the like.... Nah, we dont want to see them on here, lets stick to the above, they are great to see -
Yep, i'd have just gone with the vet. No if's but's or maybe's... It don't sound like the vet is/was after your money, more like saving you a few bob long term... It's never easy but I agree with Paulus, the dog should always come first.

I'd always have the 'option' of splitting any kennel dogs up if required. If you ain't got that option, your kennelling too many dogs...!

Someone perving your tits would be the least of your worrys Mo, they can be a very dangeous thing if not treated and looked after properly. Make damn sure you do your homework on disinfection, no matter if its used only by you or you get friends round for one of those partys...!
