The police said unlawful force was used but that was in a civil court so the burden of proof is a lot lower.
Also there were at least 3 autopsies done where the pathologists disagreed on their findings with one of them being struck off for something else. That would not have been the best evidence to convict anyone.
Tomlinson was a sick who had gone up the lines at least twice which at one stage nearly resulted with him being bitten. He had a few beers and was an arsehole who wouldn't move on the first time.
However the policeman who pushed him if I can remember rightly went out of hi
Me and my missus were talking about shitty break ups as one of her friends is going through one. She was spouting the usual "well if that was Us this is what I would do blah blah blah" that's fine I told her but if we ever break up and you use the kids or stop them from seeing me I will destroy all round me be it the house or her parents as they would back her naturally and I'm not their favourite person.
I wouldn't say she is like that but sometimes you may never know. She is under know illusions that I would let it slide.
Hope it works out for you NW
That all makes sense...but this is what i dont get......how is it we often hear cases where human remains have been found years after its been put in the ground and they can take all kinds of details from those remains down to the finest details.......yet with an animal barely anything is left within pretty short order.....i cant believe flies, maggots and the like are particularly fussy about their carcass ?...or are they prejudice against humans ....It sometimes is to do with the size of the bones eg the thickness etc also if you leave bones on top of the soil they will deteriorate quicker

No harm to you DB but leave the Irish situation out of this arguement. It is extremely complicated and would take came age to discuss. It has been going on for hundreds of years and no side is innocent or comes out looking the lesser evil.
There is no comparison.
I saw him on a talkshow a couple of years ago and he was brutally honest about hi-polar. Uptown then I wouldn't have watched him but now he has my utmost respect.
He still has his lows but he has the heart of a lion. I sky plussed it for 1 am as think it's worth a watch.
I know where you're coming from, several years ago when me and the missus went off for a week we asked one of her family members to feed our dogs and make sure one gets his medication.
He fed them filled the water up but didn't bother cleaning the bowls. We had the tablet's mapped out on a tray with am and pm written beside them. Not exactly rocket science. Came home no tablet's given I was livid and excuses were made for the family member. The dog was scratching away till he bled. It took a few days for the meds to work and applying anti-histamine cream.
They now go to reputable kennels. Ne
