    hello josh try some light oil in the switch something like 3 in 1 oil, i remember being out lamping a few years ago and the switch on the deben light stuck it wouldent work at all we took the dipstick out of the car and we driped the oil into the switch and it worked fine, thank god because we were about 25 miles from home. atb cd

    well done buttercup, i am off them 7 years now keep up the good work. a fella i know stoped the cigs and was using nicotine patches, he was at work one night and passed out an ambulance was called and he was taken to hospital when they started to examine him they found 17 nicotine patches on his left arm, he dident know that he was to take the old one off before applying a new one and he had an overdose of nicotine that made him pass out, he got out of hospital the next day and went straight to the shop and bought 20 cigs and he is smoking since. stupid c--t LOL

    i am 5ft 9 and 14 stone 7 lbs i went to weight watchers last week the lady asked me what weight are you i said 14 stone 7 she said you are a bit over weight what is the lightest you ever were i replied 7lbs 6 oz lol
