Smile, You're In Auschwitz!
*The*Field*Marshall* replied to *The*Field*Marshall*'s topic in General Talk
Hmmm caught smiling in a photo is one thing, or even smiling for the camera. . But to take a 'selfie' like that, chambers either side of her. . distasteful to say the least for me. . Yes it is a tourist destination, but so is Disney land Paris. . You'd expect different folk to visit different destinations for different reasons. . Her actions weren't fitting for such a place IMO, regardless of who was murdered there. -
What on earth is going on with all these planes. . Crash landing in Taiwan too. . Not that it can be compared to another case like this. . Hijacked? Spent some time in Burkina Faso with a few missionaries and locals back in 2004, they spoke of extremists to the north in Mali and speculated over how long it would take for them make an impact in their country. . Hope the innocent passengers come to no harm, precarious times. .

I'm inclined to think she's a great example of an ignorant, clueless/careless American with no real awareness. . No dig at our American counterparts, I just been when you get a stupid one, they really are stupid. . -
So some relatively cute faced American teenager has taken a cheesy grinned shot of herself outside of the former concentration camp at Auschwitz. . Caused a bit of controversy in certain places, big deal or no? http://uproxx.com/webculture/2014/07/smiling-selfie-auschwitz-nazi-concentration-camp/

Love that kind of stuff. . If only that old knife could tell of where it's been and done

Walker Smith aka Sugar Ray Robinson, the greatest. The envy of every fighter who's laced on a pair of gloves, he had it All, speed, power, style, stamina, skills in abundance. Rocky Marciano was one heck of fighter too, if he was a 16st heavyweight, even 15 - I think he'd've wiped the floor with today's heavyweights, Klitschko'? - timber!

New Pup Anyone Running This Cross?
*The*Field*Marshall* replied to wharrier's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
+1 Regardless of how she turns out, sounds like you're likely to have a pot filler. . Do your best and hope for the best. Keep us posted. ATVB -
All depends on what sort of mood and condition Chisora turns up in for me, he's capable of putting Fury on his daft backside (and keeping him there) and he's certainly the more improved fighter since there first encounter. . I'll go for Delboy

To say the least Dave. Well done, see you up there

I see the logic in "if you don't want to come be on here, don't log in" however I think most who say that are happy to be a member of this site, there are of course those who don't give a monkeys either way! I'm happy to be member of the UK's biggest and best (as far as I've seen) hunting website, but I think if someone wants there file delated, it should be so. . When I decide to remove my Facebook account, I would like it removed. I don't really want folk looking through my pages, seeing what I've posted, I can't really explain why, I just don't. . I'm evidently not the only one. . I re

Well done! Nothing wrong with rosette hunting in the summer months. . It obviously says nothing for the working ability of the dog, but nevertheless, nice to have a looker. .

Why not stick a cone over the dogs head? I've used base of plastic sweet tub when stitching myself, works fine. Not too tight, you don't want the plastic digging in. ATB

Mmm would have to agree with that, I thought the beating of the dog was vile and the boy certainly deserved reprimanding, not sure that was a fitting punishment though. . Still, hope he recovers right and has learned his lesson

He wasn't worked too young - over exercised too young?? Failing any fault on your half, if can only be a genetic discrepancy. As said, you'll soon know when the season comes - keep us posted

From what I can gather the EBTs working ability has suffered from being at the hands of individuals who have concentrated on breeding for a certain look rather than looking to keep the minerals they were once forged from, much like a lot of other breads. . I know a man who keeps working type EBTs, he swears by them and has sent dog to France, Germany and other places for working ventures.

Comical Or Cocky Moments Out In Field
*The*Field*Marshall* replied to Deputy Dog's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
Aha let me share a great moment I had with my dogs. . Back in the spring of last year, I'm walking my terrier and three long dogs down a permissive pass through a field, one of the long dogs was but a pup of six months at the time. . No quarry around so the dogs are off enjoying their own company, around the corner we go to meat a dozen or so inquisitive bullocks (Great) now the dogs are comfortably keeping away from the them (I always keep dogs off around cattle) I speed up around the remaining corner and straight ahead are ewes and lambs (OK - odd) but when I see the land drover pull up to t -
Any Advice On Dogs Feet And Flint!!
*The*Field*Marshall* replied to tomshep's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
Sounds hazardous. . I'm told the Arabs soak their salukis feet in henna? Would like to know the difference that makes. . -
Sorry to disagree chaps, if that's the man - I'm not impressed, too rigid and upright. . Lee, for me would have made short work of him. . Don't thinking he would have handled some fella's around today, George St Pierre to mention one. . It can be easy to look good against certain opposition. . Loved the movie though!

4 months - 9 match ban. . As good as a let off for me. . First time watching it, I laughed. . But then you think about it. . Luis Suarez, a very talented striker and an icon to millions of aspiring kids out there. . And he does that, again. . 9 match, 4 months, not enough, no where near. .

Firstly, thanks fellas, I do feel somewhat reassured. . I was genuinely totally bewildered. I was mindful I was not on THL, in truth I would have shot it like it no ones business. . But being on FB I was as diplomatic as I could be. . After my initial "friendly" post I was given abuse, I did go to town a bit. . Told the girl and all others that agreed with her that they should be locked up - apparently I was the one who should be locked up for being a dog hater! Haha anyone who knows me know I love my dogs! Honestly, the world has gone mad. .

OK, so I'm a member of this buy and sell sight and one particular post earlier today caught my attention. . Read something like - Staff free to good home need gone ASAP as it keeps going for my older dog. . Later the lady (girl) advertiser confesses that the dog has also gone for her kid brother (on more than one occasion as far as I can tell) so you got your half dozen "make sure the dog gets a loving home folk, please take to the RSPCA etc. . then I post something like "the dog has gone for another dog and a kid, he should be PTS, simple" I reiterated my point more than once. . now the goin
