    I will be waiting another 4 or 5 weeks my self they seem to do well for me each year so sticking with what works. In fact I need to plant less I have more difficulty growing carrots lol. All ways get a load spare each year

    typically the weather has gone tits now I have the weekend off. Bought this old girl off ebay today £67 starts second pull from cold and not too heavy. Well chuffed looking forward to a dry spell to test it out

    I bought this works a treat and frees up both hands still ended up doing about 90 when the dog wanted to cross in front of the bike to say hi to a little westie he don't like but a bit of braking soon bought him in line Big spring in the bar to absorb the bulk of any sudden dive

    Fair play took some doing and he raised a lot of money he is obviously one mentally tough chap No spring chicken either. I did an ultra once and ended up in an ambulance at the finish line lol so hats off to him

    Trying to take the dog out as much as possible with me during the summer. The more he gets exposed to different experience the better plus I can continually train him. After boring him to death down the allotment we tried for an early bass this afternoon but nothing doing. Weather was nice though so nice couple of hours any way. Tommy enjoyed that a bit than the plot lol cheeky sod

    not at the moment jok finished with the rabbits so waiting to get some pigeon my local farmer has just plough so hopefully he might sow some thing to get them interested. One year the fella working for him did peas but left them on the top the pigeons went mad for them can't see that happening again though

    finished planting the spuds today got the last of the kestrel in got half a row of mozart on the left they are a few that we had left over from what we buy in over the winter a red spud and the same as deserie get the broadbeans started in toilet roll holders today

    mine seem to like olive oil fish oil I have it in a little squirty bottle

    I don't blame them lol all ways well wary of the sea. I fished lavernock spit one night with a mate who apparently new it well as a kid. Luckly there was a full moon and I was nearest and saw the water cutting us off so said do think we should leave he saw it and started to panic and run. We were knee deep running off there and when we turned around to look back the bar had gone and water rushing through. I was shaking like a leaf lol as I can't swim anyway

    I used to rattle a little bottle then give mine a lick of cod liver oil. It was handy if they came out in the middle of the hedge I could shake the rattle and they came to me.
