Depends what your skinning really. An opinal will cover small game but when they get wet they swell and can become stiff over time, they do sharpen easily though. Mora clipper is my work horse choice, capable of large carcasses, deer, pig etc, stainless or carbon, carbon takes and holds an edge easier. Both knives under a tenner, Mora is fixed blade with sheath, opinal folder.

I work for a firm that kills 2.5 million chicken, Turkey and ducks per week, I can tell you 100 percent that "somebody" is talking shite. The neck along as the rest of the carcass contains nothing that we will harm you or the mutts providing its been handled correctly, same as any other proteins.

One of the best chipies I know on w to is on the front, opposite the kiosks that do fishing trips on the inner harbour. As you would expect there are some nice fish restaurants. Nice little port brixham.

That's not correct for sub 12. Classifieds are full of people trading within the law. The rules around mail order and delivery are complicated as most carriers won't accept them, maybe that's what he was referring to.... -
Nothing wrong with travellers, however a traveller that's a thief is as scummy as all thieves. Maybe keep your eyes peeled on gumtree and the like, if you've any bird auctions in the area pop along and see what's about, there's bound to be few local bird clubs, send a few emails.

That sounds like the beginning of a plan Kev! After Xmas would suit me nicely to be honest, as is all ways the case with me it's all about planning in advance, if I have a date far enough if advance I can usually make it work. I get how busy things get with work and family commitments so anything you could book, I for one would really appreciate it, takes some beating does local knowledge ;-)
