Dissections Comes Back To School Biology Lessons
robbo replied to Born Hunter's topic in General Talk
We dissected frogs and cows eyes in our biology lessons. Lots of squealing and Gipping and not all by the girls. -
I played rugby league for a long time and was bitten myself and saw other people get bitten neither myself or anybody else rolled about like a man who'd had his sack ripped off. A grown man can stand being bitten on the shoulder without the dramatics.

don't want to get into an argument about it but do you reckon the Italians actions were a good example to kids. Maybe if they did take action against them when they do this diving and trying to get other players sent off would be eradicated from the game. Not trying to say what Suarez did wasn't serious but it didn't warrant the reaction it produced from the Italian.
-
Did the Italian get banned for rolling about like a soft twat when somebody bit his shoulder. The way he was rolling about I thought Suarez had bit his ball bag off.

Ling have bones nearly to the end of the fillet so I cut mine into two strips by cutting either side of the bones. This leaves you with two boneless pieces of fish and a little strip with all the bones in it.. I prefer it to cod myself.

Sticking my head inside an elderberry bush looking for nests. Always loved the smell since I was a kid.

Good luck mate. Guernsey is a place I would like to have a go at myself. Might see if the Mrs. fancies paying for a holiday lol. Are you still looking at setting a boat trip up later in the year. Our boys fishing holiday is 6th to 13th sept. if you can fit a day in.

Big hook with a live mackerel on, bass will have it...Early morning or late evening best times, different tides for different places.. But generally they like a bit of tide flow... Late summer best for the big ones normally ( yet to have a real big one though, this year I will lol) Probably was a bass mate....... Or like socks said... A shark I will do my best to point you in the direction of one keV if and when you manage to fit a trip over here into your schedule. Are you having a go in Guernsey.

looks like she needs some pork dagger inside to me . -
We used to ride the road from Harrogate to Bolton abbey area, which goes past blubberhouses, brilliant ride with a bit of everything, you'll love it.

i use savagegear sandeels quite a bit.they cast really well and if you remove the treble off the bottom they dont snag up much. come in a few different sizes so you can pick the one that suits the area your fishing. got quite a few yo-zuri lures but .cant remember which type.
-
to be honest i dont think about them much at all. what half of them dont realise is that half the fisheries they target wouldnt even exist if it wasnt for angling associations who run them. the ones that did exist would be overgrown and full of rubbish and shopping trolleys. youre wasting youre time on them as you cant negotiate with an idiot, which is what youre dealing with.

I worked at ronseal on the fence life line, it was mind numbingly boring and some of the women who had been there for ever were right bitches. Best thing about it was the shop where you could buy there products for a quid or two quid depending on the size of the tin.

If You Could Pick Anybody To Go For A Pint With...
robbo replied to GaZMaN888's topic in General Talk
My dad never really got on with him when he was alive. My mum died when I was eight and he brought four kids up and I was the youngest. When I was a teenager I now realise I was a nightmare for him. He did his best in a time when there weren't many single fathers bringing up kids I suppose. As a father of four myself I now realise its no easy task. Wouldn't mind a beer or two with Freddie Flintoff as well. -
