think it was a Nintendohow times have changed, back in my day the swappers normally went, lurcher for terrier , then terrier for pigeon loft, pigeon loft to canary,s the Internet has ruined everything funny you say that greyman when i was 14 i use help out on the local farm and we cleared some sheds out one day and there was a 12ft by 8ft tounge and grove pannel which i had for home as my mum had avairy's and i thought it may be usefull at some point. my dad ended up swapping it for a small lurcher bitch for me called penny so as the chap could use it for a back of a pigeon loft.

trigger2 replied to Lurcherdog96's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs

i always bang loads of raw down my dogs when working them hard but i make sure they have plenty of biscuit in with it. you wont go far wrong giving your dog both. when not working hard through the summer months i give dry with raw once or twice a week.

I wouldnt say that... Looks OK to me : and me. mighty fine that.

sounds a interesting X you would need a good tested strain of collie grey though imo. theres a tiny percentage of collie blood in my mali X, i think it works out at a 16th collie
-
the dog could easily make around the 25 mark imo as there is a larger percentage of greyhound in it than anything else.
-
why the f**k would you want to wear that. we are starting to rely on gadgets and computers to much making our own brain lazy its not a good thing.

nice one. no doubt she will be missed when the time comes for her to retire, when you first got her mate i bet you never imagined she would turn out how she has. that idiot of mine plucked one out of the air the weekend in similiar style.

i tend to agree with you cantona. i also like a light breeze as i tend to think that theses dead still frosty noises alert the rabbits to your presence easier. been out on meny a dead still morning and had rabbits bolt whilst putting the nets on before the ferret has gone down. i done a fare bit of digging saturday to a hob ferret i got off vin but i know when he goes in they either get the fcuk out of there straight away or he kills them quick.

good vid trunk. strange things at times the old fox, the last fox on that vid didnt run far just shows if there in the beam then slip the dog youve got a chance.

fairplay trev you certainly seem to get out there and enjoy your trips. ive said it before if ever you need a hand to carry all those bunnies i may possibly be able to help. ive always said i will have a couple of whippets when the time comes and seeing bags of bunnies like that and a whippet in the pic just strengthens the reason to get whippets.

Lol... when i used do gardening couple times theyve landed on the botton end of the mower whilst cutting... there tame as anything they are how close they used come when was weeding or turning a bed over was mad . i use to go into work with a mate some saturdays he was a bus driver so i use to do the town service with him, anyway the shed they use to do the spanering in always use to have a robin in there and at bait time they use to feed it bits of cake and sandwhiches from there bait boxes, you could put food on top of your shoe and he would come and take it off.
