didn't happen to be a lad called geff from sunderland [living down south] by any chance? reason im asking as I sent him 2 litter brothers shep & brek both deerhound x,s that were very handy on everything
Bilbo baggins is also correct once you make your choice stick to it as you will then "lead" the inner barrel to that shaped pellet ive put accupel through my 3 rifles and only cleaned inner barrel once in god knows how many years -these rifles are super accurate at all hunting ranges
lol lads you might be correct in your guessing but in all honesty this mk2 trigger is as light as owt -im used to it after 13 yrs of use! but could prove costly in wrong hands ---cheers for replies lads
I took my daughters partner out for a mooch about yesterday and gave him the use of my mk1 as my mk2 has a "hair pin" trigger that im fine with he dropped a 45+ yd jackdaw that surprised me as he has done very little air gunning in his life he missed a few easy squirrels as he gave them too much time to make their escape! I showed him how its done with a clinical 35 yder in the split second it had stopped we sat up behind some conifers and picked a few crows off with the bandit a bonus
I wouldn't get a cocker as a 1st gun dog -although they crave work and do a great job they can be a handful and might have you questioning your choice a lab is probably the easiest of the gundogs to train and results are normally immediate but not all labs will bust through thick cover like the spaniel breed I work springers on a few shoots and they suit my needs but ive recently had my eyes opened to a lab x pointer that does it all and a bit more! just remember whatever your choice you only get out what you put into the dog -good luck
did I just read that he shouldn't be abused by prison staff [larry]? well the more he gets abused by anyone is not nearly enough in my opinion -dirty fanatical imbeciles
what would happen if you let her off the lead to "engage " other dog/ bitch do you think she would attack? could it not just be total frustration -hope you get it sorted as most would give up on her
I own 3 highly priced air rifles that on occasion make hitting the target easy but I get great satisfaction from using my learned field skills to get within killing range and seeing the said target has a quick /humane death ive probably only shot a dozen rabbits in last year as it would be pointless wiping them out on the permissions I have -its not just lads with rifles that go around killing for killings sake dog lads need to take their share of the blame
