thanks for the info on the beddys. i have one myself bred by cb on the wbf. must admit only use him for ferreting and vermin.yours certainly look a strong type. just learning about the breed myself.atb with your dogs.

cant beat a few hrs in the shed.

same here craigy. on the plot,have a poultry plot also.out with the dog cant beat it.

just 1 terrier. most ive had 2 lurchers 1 terrier.hopefully get another lurcher pup in a year or two.

A question that gets asked is how to introduce a dog to ferrets.good advice usually given is let a pup drink from the same bowl. take it to the hutches/courts when feeding cleaning out etc.also showing the ferret to the dog holding it in your hand etc(repremand if necessary).one thing a do and i feel it helps if you have hutches and not a court. is to get or make a mesh frame up.the ferrets are on the same ground level as the dog.let the dog sit/lie near the ferrets.it helps them get used to each other quickly. a young pup with ferrets also helps young kits get used to a dog walking around the
