    My personal opinion is if you have good mates after a pup gift them, hunting lads you don't know you should probably ask -100, only if you have some left put them up for pets and ask a couple of hundred to deter knobs and dog pimps. Some people will pass dogs on for profit if they get them to cheap so you have to watch who you are dealing with, (the pups wellbeing is more important than any money).     A good marking dog is a godsend, saves loads of time and effort. I don't think it does ferrets any good either running unoccupied warrens, when you pop a ferret to ground it wants to know there is rabbit in, they will work much better i believe. I have had a sorts of marking dogs pure collie, lurchers, terriers and heinze 57, most will do a job if given the chance.

    Good do CM. pleased snipe got a few open runs as you say he is more used to dodging trees and gorse. He is a sharp little dog, no surprise he was knocking them off no bother.

    3 1/2 NL he was getting nice and steady but things happen mate, still have his mother, a reliable ferreting bitch.

    yes mate, if he had them now I would have had one, had to retire my 3/4 whippet 1/4 to injury, got a great pet home with my sister, got a 10 month old Hancock bred bitch here to have a go with. She's a big bugger 25 1/2 now.

    Slightly different breeding but my cousin lined his 21" collie whippet with a 22 1/2" mike brown bred whippet, they were nice strong pups, any that went working have made good i was told. collie was a very good trailing dog whippet none ped type worker put to the mike brown dog, his son got one and he had a job of selling the rest for £100. People moan about dogs being to dear and there is some good ones at the right price, my mate had them whippet pups out of good working parents and he could hardly get a hundred for them then you see all these others for 400 /500 its funny a f**k really.

    I would think they are around the same price as a used Passat same age with the normal Octavia a little cheaper. At the end of the day the Skoda is just a VW on a cheaper brand which appeals to me.

    Got a 10 month old collie grey here to start off, i don't think its ready yet for anything more than a bit of ferreting. when she runs in the field on a walk , has a nice turn of pace but legs still all over the place, starting to get a little muscle on through a bit of road walking but don't want to much on her yet. Emotionaly she is still very puppyfied although on a couple of times she has hunted the drag of a rabbit keenly that i have saw sitting off the hedge when out walking. Will be a ferreting dog hopefully so might give her a couple of short trip out soon with the nets, is sound with

    Got a young polecat jill about 4/5 months old, got it for a lad but been let down, free to good home.

    The half x could be on the heavier side if it throws strong to the collie, you should stand a better chance of a racy one 3/4 bred. I have a half bred hancock bitch here now 9 months old, nice and racy, hopefully will do the ferreting/lamping job well enough.

    £20 each for deben grey boxes and £10 for my old bleeper. Decent price i think.

    Sent 6 knocker boxes for repair to Jim Chick on Tuesaday at 4pm, they are now repaired and on there way back, thats fantastic service. Amazing i think.
