Sorry mate I don't make them to sell, just gift them to mates.
-
I finally got my gun put back together today. I polished spring ends, cylinder, piston a fit new seal and spring. It sounds great, a nice crisp thud, no rattling or anything. Need to get it checked out with a Crono next then get some scopes on zero'd and then see how it goes in the field. Thank you for the encouragement to have a go myself and the help along the way. Nice the old gun is fit and healthy again. Thanks again.

Aye I make them, do them like the black box now with a nut welded on
-
If i ground like you to work all the time i would lol, us rag tags have to get in the rough gear.
-
Put a pic on please pal, i would think this one was a one off though. ATB

I like the weight of these (or lack of weight) the big box will take 3 Gills a side or 2 big hobs, Middle one 3 Gills or a hob and small one 2 Gills or a hob. I normally take the small box 2 Gills, a small basket with 50yds net and a few purse nets in my pocket, can't be doing with carrying loads of weight, rabbits excluded.

I found the template i kept of the bottom, thats the inside size of the box. As you can see it isn't much smaller than the small box i make and it easily takes 2 Gills or a big hob. I had to get it to fit the rucksack or it wasn't what he wanted. I can see the reasoning in making one of them. Ferrets are safe inside the rucksack that isn't conspicuous to all these nosey crag rat types that like sticking their sixpeneth in. It is 10" deep, so when the bag is laid flat the ferrets have loads of room. You are just a hiker out for a walk. I was just trying to help flacko out, as for not taking mon

I think it is 10" deep 8" wide. I would agree when carrying in the bag it is deep but when the bag is laying down there is plenty of room for 2 or 3 gills or a big hob. Can't see the point in craming the ferrets up when you don't need to. They could be in there 12 hours or more.

No bother mate, i was making a couple of new boxes for myself (double and single) as i gifted mine to a good mate. I did the 3 as i went along. The box should work well in the ruck sack, it is very light, 6mm 5 ply plywood and 3mm for the bow, stainless catch, hinges and scratch plates. i have heard people say 3mm is to light for the bow, i have used them for years with no problem. The ferrets scratch at the breathing holes that is why i fit scratch plates. I have a pic somewhere completed.

My father raced non peds for a lot of years, he done quite well. I used to give the odd one a run on rabbits, they could catch no problem but they had a lot of injuries, mainly toes. I remember years ago i bought a pup out of a good rhinegold bred bitch, the pup turned very muscular, like Phil said, the bull blood coming out. Lacked size for weight so was at a disadvantage racing.

Thanks for the input mate. Sent off for seals and a new spring tonight. I have a polishing machine as i make my own fishing lures. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Feinwerkbau-Mod-121-124-127-Sport-Main-Spring/371498760258?_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042&_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20131017132637%26meid%3D2b5215b301264b02aa4e44c9128b290c%26pid%3D100033%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D2%26sd%3D371498760258 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Genuine-Feinwerkbau-Beeman-Rifle-121-124-125-127-Sport-Piston-seal-kit/332187319669?_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042&_trkparms=aid%3D111001%

Wishing you well mate, you were very help full to me me when i pm'd you a few times, Thank you, get well soon.

Well i had a go at stripping the gun down today. I wanted to have a look inside it then go from there. The piston seal was virtually non existent, broken down over time. No wonder it wouldn't move a pellet. I cleaned all the parts up. Now to decide if i should buy a new spring as well as a seal. Might buy one of them kits Mark put me onto. Also i believe there are other types of set ups you can put in them, could anyone shed any light on this please. I took a few pics as i went along but photobucket won't work tonight for some reason. I am pleased i tried it, wasn't as complicated as i thought

Just a little rabbit dog, beddy whippet 18". -
I have one in 177, i really like it. I also have a hw100 which is also great but i find myself taking the 95 out hunting more of the time.
-
Thank you for that Mark, i am possibly going to have a go myself. Do you know of any links to any videos about doing this or a similar air rifle please. Thank you LC.
-
Tried another pellet in, cocked no bother, fired it and never moved the pellet, must be a seal or something gone in it, don't know if i should have a go at it myself or get it tuned. Thinking and researching required. Thank you for the input lads.

With my 95k
-
I got the pellet out no bother, i carefully put a bit of stainless welding wire down the barrel and it come out no bother. Barrel was very dirty. Used a pull through about 8 times to get it clean. It looks spotless now. Not fired it again yet. The barrel seems as if it may have a slight crack in it or it is just rust. I have cleaned it up a few times and it is in pretty good nick. It seems lighter than my 95k with is the one i like hunting with, i prefer it to my hw100. I was thinking of maybe getting it tuned up, i got it free so would still be a cheap gun.

On barrel it says oberndorf/n sport 127 2.2 cal mk 11 I will pm you the serial number Mark, thank you.
-
What are they rated like for a hunting rifle, i know nothing about them but i always thought they were a good brand. I have a hw100 and hw95 in 177. Like hunting with the 95 best, this one seems a similar weight.

I was given a Feinwerkbau sport k11 2.2 of a old fella down the road. It has laid in his garage for years, its not in to bad of condition considering. It has a pellet ceased in the barrel. Needs stripping down and sorting out. I have never done anything like this before but when i get time i am going to have a go at sorting it out. Its very light, think it would suit me nice if i can sort it out. Will be spending a bit of time first reading a few posts from people refurbishing air rifles.
