Cheque ,it's 2014 PayPal, bank transfer etc etc ,who writes cheques ,an they can be stopped or bounce. very true. you would have to be a right c##t to bounce or stop a cheque for a cause such as this auction. any one who tried it on with this cause would become as unpopular as the RSPCA ^^^ I agree

I know one thing.... Arch won't be near the commercial for a few days pleasure fishing, but the Wye might get a bit of stick.... Top man Geth, nice one for sorting this out I'll also sort out the bait, we can fish live eels for the bass around the estuaries at Teingmouth or Exmouth, plus the mackerel to keep any kids happy. There's also a few spots further down the coast where we could fish for pollack over the rocks. Should be a good laugh lads

First clambered around on the rafter backs when I was 19, sat putting purlins on and the old erector so would walk up the rafter and step over you like they were on the ground...lol.. 37 now so similar times mate... Went into the roofing and cladding then for years, could make more money banging the roofs on.. Now merged my company with the bloke I first ever erected/ fabricated for.. Your right there mate, I've got another bloke starting in June, decent erector, but he's plus 50, you don't find many youngsters at it. I've put my nephew through an apprentiship in roofing and cladding, he's 20 now and I'm going to start mixing hi in with the steel boys too, you never know he might stick at it lol

I Fish braid as my main line mate and use Fluor Carbon for the trace, you feel everything through the braid... Like TC said a decent swivel is needed. Love fishing the live eels....
