  3. Lol Nothing wrong with that, when he's 9 months he'll be 'smashing' teeth!!
  4. Never mind the meat, said it before and I'll say it again, that's a terrific little dog
  5. Aye but that is an apprenticeship rather earn 112 notes a week than pay thousands to get the same qualification. When I started my training it was £33 a week lol
  6. Wouldn't put a greyhound dog over a whippet bitch, far too big, even some of the smaller dogs
  7. Kebab!? , you can't do that, budgies digestive tracts haven't evolved enough to handle the fat content!
  8. Well, having read the reports it says the dog would've stood 7ft on it's hind legs. Not so hard to imagine, probably the same lines as the hound of the baskervilles, an early forerunner if you like
  9. A brindle beddy/whippet with a shiny collar, 'proper' dogs, will 'smash' anything that moves, FACT!!
  10. Nice pic that, dog looks a nice type mate, how's it bred?
  11. Was thinking that myself, the reds and the amount, but sounds a good result. In general I find most people are ok with hunting to put food on the table and for pest control, and with him making the pies himself, well, job done
  12. Besides freezing, worming regularly will do your dogs the world of good. Not digging, but in my mind regular worming is a must, however you feed your dogs
  13. No but plenty of goodness all the same. Green tripe forms about 25% of my dogs diet. Lamb and beef tripe. Older bitch we have loved lamb tripe as a youngster, about the same percentage as you feed gaz. Don't know if it's got more worms in it than any other tripe, but our dogs get wormed very regularly whether they need to or not.
  14. No-one? Never mind. I must the oldest CNUT on here!! lol And, IIIIIII have become comfortably nuimb!! NO? never mind
  15. Ironic really, at moment I'm listening to The Hunt, by Tony McPhee, anyone remember him? Not that I agree with his policies/ethics etc, but a very powerful track and a great artist
  16. Thats the first thing I thought tbh....... That's partly what I meant, the wild creature involved in the 'playtime' isn't thinking of 'fun', so stop it quckly
  17. Cracking pics, and that black bitch is a belter
  18. S h h, I think the point jf1970 is making is while your dog may have been playing with the crow for 20 mins, do you think the crow was having a ball? It's like a cat playing with a mouse, pouncing on it and slinging it around etc, do you think the mouse thinks 'f**k me, this is great fun'?
  19. He was when I spoke to him wednesday
  20. Dunno, but....... just kidding
  21. Your lad looks a couple of years younger than me when I had my 1st whippet, great dogs. Should have plenty of good times together over the coming years, a t b
  22. Very nice pup that mate, your lad looks well happy . How old is the pup?
  23. Never mentioned lying to a court of law mate. We were talking about lying to us. To prompt a confession. People including yourself have said the police aren't allowed to lie. Suggesting that they don't. But they do Actually, no Go back and read what I've written properly Police officers are as capable and willing to lie as anyone else. The thing is, if they get caught out, they are in proportionally more trouble than anyone else . Ever heard the term 'breech of trust'? The fact that a police officer may lie (indirectly, or directly) 'off the record' in order to c
