    id skim it with SBR or a latex floor leveller then once its cured give it a couple of coats of Thomson s water seal it bloody good stuff and stops the piss rotting the concrete

    a lad I know used them one dog ended up dead and the other was in the vet son a drip for a week as you say there to cheap and god knows whats in them I stick to what I know

    land around here goes for around 10k per acre your better off looking for a bigger bit then selling it of in smaller bits , if you want a bit to put a static on you will need 12.5 acres then you can get permitted development rights to build a barn then you can put a static on there for 3 years while you build your barn and set a some sort of agri business go field to farm forum lots of info on there

    MATT WHILST I AGREE CATS ARE CLASSED AS PROPERTY UNDER ENGLISH LAW , THEY HAVE NO RIGHT S ONCE THEY LEAVE THERE DOMAIN [OWNERS PROPERTY]BUT ANY NUISENSE OR DAMAGE THEY DO THE ONER CAN BE HELD RESPOSIBLE IN THIS CASE MATHEW HAS A CASE UNDER THE ENVIOMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1990 IN THE CAT IS CRAPPING ALL OVER HIS GARDEN AND VEG PLOT THUS SPREADING DISEASES SO THE FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION WOULD BE TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND TELL HIM TO KEEP HIS CAT OF MATHEWS GARDEN SHOULD HE FAIL TO DO SO MATHEW IS WITHIN HIS RIGHTS TO TRAP THE CAT AND TAKE IT TO THE LOCAL POUND AS A STRAY OR ANY OTHER ACTION WITHIN
