another person who does not live in reality...... the queen is from GERMAN,,,descent ..... I can assure you I live in perfect reality, I'm well aware of their German ancestry and of the history of my country. The fact they changed their name is irrelevant they still we're the head of the country that fought and defeated the Germans in 1914 and again in 1939 against nazism, they could have fled to Canada and in fact were encouraged to do so many times by the government but chose to stay not only in the country but also at the heart of London which was heavily attacked. Had a debate today but unsure off the answer

How easy would it be to see the 'subtle differences' in say a litter of 10 pups, keep them all for months to see if any 'subtle differences' developed? But perhaps the bitch was a greyhound and one sire was a whippet and the other a minature dachshund............maybe the differences would be noticeable then at 8-10 weeks without having a yard full of pups running mad for months. I think it is a daft idea myself. -

Nice pups..............the brindle dog catches my eye. -
Check with your local Dogs Trust - they often do it local here for free or £5.

Or before getting caught...? -
Bollocks! They jacked! FFS no wonder the game is f****d if people accept dogs jacking after just 14 miles in a mere 22 deg C! 6 month old pups should hack that!!! Lazy good for nothings!!!!

Ireland Moira Gamefair High Jump
littlefish replied to Wetnoseman's topic in Gamefairs, Meet Up's and Events
The hay was not in sight in the first pictures .You jump head first onto a drop of hay spread on the hard ground There is a picture of one dog scaling the fence and another dog jumping towards the one scaling the fence what is that about? .In present times there is quite alot of people who are opposed to lurcher folk and their exploits this could only lead to bad publicity I wouldn't call raising a dog safety/welfare issue 'making dicks out of yourselves'. How good would it have looked to spectators and members of the general public watching, if a dog was seriously injured during t -
Ireland Moira Gamefair High Jump
littlefish replied to Wetnoseman's topic in Gamefairs, Meet Up's and Events
I think it is great to see events other than the usual showing and racing, I really do, but dogs dropping from that height repeatedly.............I wouldn't do it with my dogs. How many dogs took part in the high jump? But good to see different events and maybe lessons learned for next time? -

fecking animal shelters. they drop the guts or balls from animals after 14 days too(well my local ones do). they dont go out of their way to find out if the animal is lost or stolen. if it isnt tattoed or chipped, it must be a stray or dumped.. in my eyes that is 1st class theft, charity my kunting arse!! Stray dogs picked up are checked for microchips - if they are not wearing a collar with up to date identification or microchip how are they to find who owns them? Surely it is up to some one who's dog has gone missing to actively search for it, preferably before the 14 days, after w

How old is it? Young pups can be hit hard by diarrhoea and dehydrate very quickly.

My bitch isnt keeping or putting weight on
littlefish replied to wardman's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
I'll put this forward then: Don't give the dog a full cake for a meal, instead cut it up into decent sized peices and yes, either feed it as a training treat or just a filler at meals times. If you want something you can use as an actual meal for the dog that is high in fat and weight adding ingredients then you can try making satin balls which are freezer friendly too. Satin balls..............sounds a bit kinky! -

What age is the bitch and what are you feeding it on? Put a few recent pics up. -
I think that is an unfair sweeping statement to make. Cross breed dogs can be worth a lot to the folks who own them, only they are in a position to name their worth. Who is to say the lab x GSD did not make a good guard or the lab x springer a good gundog or the lab x collie a good mountain rescue dog or indeed all the other mutts who are REAL WORKING DOGS in that they really do something useful like being trained as hearing dogs for deaf people? I agree there is no need to pay big money for a dog, whether it be a cross breed or indeed a pedigree riddled with health problems. But it
