  1. Joshua still looks wide open to a left hand like he was in the amateurs and as we saw in the 2nd round of the Whyte fight...i can see Haye stopping him...but like i said it will be a long time til he shares a ring with Joshua...hearn will see to that...but as you say some good fights to be made at Heavyweight in Britain
  2. Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden...he can hold a note...and fly a plane...stick that in ya presley and smoke it!
  3. De Mori had a better record than Szpilka who Wilder just fought for the WBC belt,De Mori is better than anyone Wilder has faced as Champion with the only decent fighter on Wilders record being Stiverne who he was gifted a Title shot at after fighting nobody ranked in the top 50. Wilder got the title shot after beating Jason Gavern with 25 wins 16 losses and 4 draws yet Haye is getting flack for fighting De Mori with 30 wins 1 loss and 2 draws in 5 different Countries. Its Povetkin for Wilder next...dont think Wilder will hold the WBC belt this time next year
  4. Cant see Whyte being recovered from the shoulder surgery and anywhere near fit within 3 months when Haye next wants to fight...agree it would be a good match...think if whyte would of been 100% and fit the fight with Joshua could of been a lot different...people forget Whyte had barely been back fighting a year after having his career messed around for two years being banned for taking jack3d...im yet to be convinced by Joshua...and you can bet Hearn will keep him well away from Haye as long as he can...as i said previously i'd like to see Haye in with Joseph Parker (who reminds me of a younge
  5. I would say a good measure of both...would of loved to have seen Hide-v-Haye...at Cruiser...would of been a hell of a tear up while it lasted! Hard to tell much from last night other than Hayes certainly not lost any of his power...good to have him back in the heavyweight mix...certainly looking a lot bigger this time around...and all supposed to have been done on a 'Vegan' diet
  6. Agree with ya there rob...as soon as he's in with a top 5 fighter he's f****d!...still a good knock out
  7. Often argumentative...but always very knowledgeable...R.I.P Springview
  8. Yeah...the laughing gnome one...that was me favourite
  9. Theres not too many come back after 3 years out and pick up where they left off...was watching a video earlier of Haye sparring Wilder nearly 3 years back...Haye looking real good...just cant see him being as good after 3 years easy living
  10. Not really any good at all?...De Mori has won 30... lost 1... drawn 2...i think thats decent opposition for a come back fight after a 3 year lay off
  11. Usually just buy whats on offer at Tesco...but that Douwe egbert is good worth buying for the handy posh jar to put stuff in...as a kid in the 70's we only had tea in the house...only time we had coffee was when the old man worked into the evenings/night during harvest time...hed have a flask of the camp coffee the liquid stuff...tasted like shit!...coffee's come a long way in the UK since the 70's
  12. Great Glen Holidays got some cabins just outside Fort William in Scotland...stayed there about 10yr or so back in one called 'Lone pine lodge' sleeps 7 but they have smaller cabins...we took the dogs and theres fishing right outside your door...some of the best walking in the UK (imo) through Glen Nevis and Glen Coe all on ya door step...definitely recommend them...be going back

  15. Smart!...liked that peaky blinders but only seen the 2nd series on tv...is the 1st worth digging out?
  16. broke man only after a quick buck you can bet something held pull out on the night if held not sold enough tickets There's some truth in what your saying there Cushty...but im still really interested to see what he's got left after 3yrs out...you got to admit he was a technically skillful boxer when in top form...but sometimes lacking in heart...too much money too soon can do that to a big ego...i think its on Dave as he got such a reputation as a no show that no other channel will touch him...but fitting he giving something back to the fans for free...can see having it on a free channel
  17. If there's one thing the hunting life members like to watch more than boxing on tv...its watching FREE boxing on tv!!...David Hayes come back is being aired Live for free on Dave on Saturday 16th January..(think hes doing a carboot sale in the carpark afterwards)....
  18. Supermarket derv is a cheap sub standard derv that can help feck up your motor,a few mechanics have told me about it and Tesco's are one of the worse to buy from.. Also been told the same by a couple of mechanics after having cold start problems on my old Berlingo diesel van...they all said Shell was the best
  19. enjoyed the new tarantino film. very good. the new film called "the revenant" with leonardo dicaprio in is also a really good film. well worth the watch Saw the Revenant over christmas....thought it was real good, ment to be a true story i think...that Tom Hardy's turn out a good Brit actor...liked him in that film about the moonshiners 'Laswless' think that also was a true story...also well worth a watch

  22. These days Leon Mckenzie is following in his father and uncles footsteps as a pro Boxer...7-0 and on route for a shot at the British Title...he was having 'problems' at the height of his football career...same as Bruno who is diagnosed with bi-polar disorder...it wasnt so much the finishing of the career...but the fact they had already had some mental health problems going on...must be f***ing scary having mental health problems whatever job you do
  23. Had one swim up the river Wensum a few years back... right into the center of Norwich...feasting on massive pike
  24. Got dragged along to see them at Brixton a few years back...have to say he looked as fit as a fiddle...but one of the worst bands i seen live
