I'll use it on animal bites and well diluted to wash bashed up feet.

Maybe a factor Dan but I would say if the RSPCA were the sole string pullers on this they would be targeting the organised hunts. I'd say random acts of coursing is small fry to them. Farmers really don't like lurchers in Lincolnshire mate, 95% of locals immediately tar a lad with a lurcher in a field as a wrong'en. It's just the attitude round here. The police wouldn't be able to justify the resources they invest into this if there was no actual damage being caused. JMO like. I respect yours all the same.

Select Your Winner From The Photo Competition Sept 2013

If you want me to e-mail you the original, you're welcome to. Likewise to anybody else. -
I really do wonder if anybody would give a shit if every Colin McRae with a saluki fecked off and took up knitting. It only has the police priority it does because of the damage caused. It would have no priority at all if farms weren't being damaged and keepers weren't being bothered.

Select Your Winner From The Photo Competition Sept 2013

Well I'm just chuffed to have got a photo in the top 10! And I wasn't even gonna bother, just happened to get a couple decent snaps on my phone. All those photos are crackers. Some real effort gone into them! -
Makes sense to me too Wilf but then how can a PM have experience on everything and what experience is most important. Business is only one aspect, what about defence, education, social care, agriculture etc? The way with management these days in big companys seems to be training management skills and an understanding of their environment and having technical advisors for each specialist area.

Personally I don't really see a problem with him getting a top end job straight out of Uni, surely you would expect that from such a person? Doesn't mean I don't think he's a prat but what's the issue with that specifically? He was obviously proactive and driven. Unlike many, myself included, who fell out of uni at the end with no clue what my future held. I had a piece of paper and very wide eyes.... not the best approach to adult life.

If you don't piss yourself laughing you have a mental problem....

Well round here it's 500+ so we must be the once in August if the weather is sunny types...

He's entitled to whatever he can get, wheather or not it's right is another matter. Like I have said, if you buy a pup from a chap that is making no profit at all then when he bred his bitch earning out of it was never a consideration. That doesn't mean the breeding was well thought out but certainly means it wasn't done to line his pocket. If a man is making a tidy profit from his pups then imo it leaves a very good chance he's breeding for the benefit of his bank balance. Shit loads of people have dogs that are just average but decide to breed and enevitably earn off of it. I wonder if a

If we're talking about pups then it's a load of bollocks imo..... To my mind if someone is charging enough to make a profit from a litter of pups, especially if we're talking a significant profit, then they potentially have motives other than producing the best pups they can in their heart... That's the issue as I see it. I would have no problem paying £500 for a pup, but I do start to wonder how 'well bred' the pups are when the breeder is making several thousand in profit....

It would have it's drawbacks as well though wilf. Can you imagine all the fieldsports factions having to get along with each other under one forum? The stalkers and keepers having to mix with the lurcher men, the lurcher men having to mix with hare shooters, 'bushing enthusisasts' having to mix with hunting men. ANARCHY!

Certainly better numbers round here this year. Last year was real bad for them, I put it down to the very wet spring. Lots of foxes last year though but hardly seen any this year. Had one come in to a squeeling rabbit but that's it.

Correct , all birds now have to be recorded for tax purposes on the said shoots Christ, I've got an outhouse full of rabbit and duck...... They'll have me for tax evasion!

Barbour do a cracking range of jackets. You'll get sick of trying all the different ones on! Waiting on mine as we speak...

I swear to god if the shoots payed us purely in shot game the HMRC suits would be by the game wagon with their clip boards taking a brace off each of us!

Difference in my mind stabba being, beaters will do 6-8 hours work for 20 quid, do the maths, that's less than minimum wage! It's not a wage at all, it's just a little added bonus for a few pints on Sunday or whatever you want and to help cover the costs. And I've been saying that before HMRC got their knickers in a twist, it's not my blag for all this. We beat because we enjoy it and the 20 quid is just a thankyou. Yet the HMRC now want to treat us like we are earning a living from our 20 quid for a days hard work..... They're shitting their pants at maybe a few grand in lost tax through

"Civilized life has altogether grown too tame, and, if it is to be stable, it must provide a harmless outlets for the impulses which our remote ancestors satisfied in hunting." Nick, working dog food is VAT free to my knowledge.

I take every person as I find them but one type I'm unapolagetically phobic of are travellers. What a f***ing disgrace!

I know f**k all about the chap but I'd hazard a guess it's complete bollocks....

Just leave the phone off the hook when they call you, it's not costing you.

Nothing too serious for me. Hard dried disked 'clayey' earth is a killer and even when it's rolled and broken up it remains razor sharp. Had a rabbit dislocate it's own leg on it the other night. Every night this season the dog has come back with bleeding feet either through bashed up nail beds or razor like slices around the hocks. But I imagine that's much the same all over the country. Only other real hazard as such round here are big lincolnshire dykes. But any dog with a modicum of brain will use that to their advantage. The ground is just starting to soften to have a good couple

Just a thought but if the chap was to market them for say 350-400 would they be taken seriously by many serious spaniel men? Or considered "just average spaniels" despite having a 'top' sire. I don't like it one bit but it does seem the way of the gundog world.... Not something I like at all but such is life.

Yeah and needed a few stitches for it.
