The pointer is my daughters mate, only a young dog but she is doing bits with him......he worked and flushed 6 woodcock last night, first he has done so she was happy. Great stuff. Plenty of Timberdicks in Ireland! I own 7 acres of natural wood and bog land mate and that adjoined by some big tracts of similar which I am free to roam over so it's handy That's where we were yesterday evening. I going to dig a big pond for ducks as well at some point. Living the dream mate! Good luck with the pups.

Funny you should mention that, only this morning I was wondering if coyote could be hunted cheap(ish). No idea what the crack is but I could happily spend a week chasing them with my quarterbore for the skins and skulls. Yes, you can. My state has a $50 bounty on them if you turn in the ears and the lower jaw. If you shoot six a week... well it can be a very lucrative setup. I get them in my yard and they'll run down the street at least 4 times a week yipping. So a holiday (sorry vacation) would even fund itself! -

Frankly the UK being a global power, member of the security council and NATO I should f***ing well hope they have been planning for such an event! The big shiny new super carrier is a crown jewel at the moment so they're mentioning it in every other breath. I doubt it'd be part of any immediate war plans. Maybe as a helicopter carrier to support an invasion if they're desperate.
