    yup same old shit on THL hares for lurchers ect ect f***ing ect.... ile tell you what...ive snared them all year ive netted them all year and ive shot them all year i was paid to kill them in any way shape or form at any age be them leverets to big janes.... some of you lads need to look further than the end of your dogs slip leads and and while ime in the mood....GSDXGH you come across a right cock............

    so tell me why are these so popular...and what do they offer over normal 2mm wire tealers? othe rthan costing more not being as versitile and standing out more ?

    same width barrels a small gap about 1cm between the top of the arms....the trigger wires made from good firm but not rock hard steel.... trigger wires that aint to long so they stick in the ground when the trap is pushed in....not to narrow so the mole can slip past....nor to wide so they can slip thru! ... the space between the catching loop and trigger loop shortend by 6-7mm so the trigger is closer to the catching loops... slightly wider arms so they dont rock or slide to one side when set...and them holes (matt you know the ones) need to be smaller just a fraction bigger then the wire is.

    ive starte dbuying s few traps from else where like ag merchants just 2 or 3 in each place i visit and testing them out for flaws ect and most end up passed on to freinds or sold or scrap as their shite BUT BUT their is the odd batch comes into the carrs billington shop by me and their awsome! very good barrel traps but they dont or cant order this batch in they just get them form their main spot i think.... ive tryed to exsplain the diffrence between the traps from each other but their all barrel traps to them... so i just have to wait to see when they have them in.... thou as matt knows

    i agree %100.... ive seen caper in the wild a few times and guess what the only places ive ever seen them is also the only places ive seen a wild live and unrestrained marten....................whats the diffrence between a pine marten and a stoat? = 18 inches and 2 grand

    done it with a sawyer trap.... got a few misses but i guess thats to do with the jaw angle and the squizzer comeing in from the wrong side? worked better as a single entry tunnel.... same for mink or a long tunnel with a trap at each end

    if you were wanting a few hundred meters i would have made em for you.....its one of the things i do to earn a crust.. 2 and a half inch mackrel net 16 ft deep... lovely! dont buy from advanced netting their to much and crap..imo nets should be hand rigged it makes a better net by far... and if you can go for multi mono its a much better killing net..and oddly i rate 3 and 3/4 mesh and 4 and 3/4 mesh about the best their is.. ime not a massive fan of 4 inch for some reason it dont seem to catch well for me.. i realy rate the 3 and 3/4 0.5 mm X8 multi if you can
