    how shallow is shallow? most of mine were about 18" to 2ft down and i was told countless times their too shallow.....right untill a fox hit the net

    drowning wires are/were a god send! not only for less than dead animals but ones that shortly exspire... their best down the the water instead of their arse hanging out of a tunnel on a river bank

    ANNNNDDDD! it makes you wonder when all these folk (martin king in peg to peg springs to mind) and long netters on here say that a long netters dog is a load of balls utter myth and ledged.....well that dog on the dvd wasn't a figment of imagination by any standards....it looked a very very handy dog

    agree their moxey its location location location... but i had to make mine blend in as much as possible and if they were noticed?...they had to look good. i think the drop boxes work soo weel because their used in conjunction with rabbit netting it the only way thru....... and we had thousands and thousands of meters of deer/rabbit proof fence on the estate and i would cut it and put a wooden tunnel in their with a fenn in it... very good for all kinds

    just launch a 6 ox lead at the fecker...they soon get the gist....i hate the damm things i had one pop up about 6ft away from me when i was chest deep doing my gill nets. i let a little bit of poo slip out lol

    ile done it...as much as i like them....by f**k their destructave ive lost hundreds and hundreds of duck to them every year we would lose sleep over witch release pond would be hit by them.....they kill them and just eat the parsons nose and pull a head off. ive bolted them while foxing and the only terrier ive ever lost in action was by a otter in a ACTIVE fox earth... bring back the otter hounds....

    matt i agree 100% guide lines ARE NOT THE LAW..the gwct are the worst for this they make then seem and sound like the law....but ile not get wound up about that one of my biggest regrets is never takeing pictures of my tunnels in scotland as i was proud of them (sad right?!) all made from stone dug in at gate ways,banks,log and rock piles..the stones were all carefully chosen on my daily rounds and piled up in likely spots then when i had enugh little piles out i would spend a day digging them in the slates were from a old crumbled down building on the estate... once we put a wind

    pete top post! harks back the pms we had a while back.... matt i agree 100% all my natural tunnels ate 1 inch lower that the height of a fenn so i have do dig them down into the soil..i like no more than 1cm over the top of the trap..and even with that ive had little weasles that are near as dam m it out of the trap when caught. that picture of the rat in the fenn shows how imo all critters shuld be caught in them..rabbit included.. i would love to replace all my 6s with imbras juby or sawyer traps as their all THE trap for rabbits imo. but i just cant afford to with the prices of them

    100% agree paulus...ive often said to save some thing like the panda ether find some yanks with a bow to start shooting them and paying a LOT for it rr turn it into a delicacy and some one some where will get the feckers breeding lol

    the facts are this zoo had giraffe that had been bred off to many times and to closely bred zoo had lions that needed fed zoo fed giraffe to lions (and by the looks of it gave some kids a look at whats under the skin of said giraffe) am i the only one who cant see a problem with this?

    that or any thing spicy and real hot in the egg..you can take a needle and suck some of the yolk out mix it with chillie powder and re inject.....or the best one is keep a few eggs in the airing cubbord for a while untill their sloshy and ready pop then put a few in with her...a face full of that will curb her desire and if all else fails...neck it
