That top pic is the little girl's route up Scafell :laugh: :tongue2: I was taking my 63yr old father up and the big fat hairy collie has no back hips so we didn't do well. It was a shit walk as it was so busy but I will never forget my dad's bonding moment with the fat collie. i wouldent trust a dog untill its had a few under its belt..i like them to run a earth thru..i did trust my lal black dog 100% untill she started jacking and f***ing about after 4 good seasons...now knowing a dog can give any time i like em to run thru just to be sure -
ive got a load of good pictures from wasdale...i work their a lot,,ime up dore head this morning on yewbarrow then across the valley to lingmell then up to the black craggs under scawfell....got a brute of a bloody day lined up...i still recon ive been up gosforth crag more times than any man alive

indeed i love it..i like very much how a lot of the interveiws and men from it are in egremont ( imo the home of the fell and lakeland!) its the small town ive lived in my hole life and theirs still a few boys about and their lads i know well in that book...seen one just this mornin..infact i think i gave him a £200 donation for charity! so i must be in a good mood That's good to know PK, would that one be the son of the most obvious one? probly.....

sonds or the words to songs? you want to look up a freind of mine called denis westmoorland he has a lot of cds out with good songs on failing that look on you tube..a lot of the best songs are sung drunk in a pub full of good palls.. i know i live for a good night of singing hunting songs.....fecking love it

look gents its a job.. in the industry... we cant all land first jobs on wemmergil or millden... we have to do the hours do the time and move the shit....... ive had students we paid £100 a week and worked em to the point of sleeping on their feet...same as i done when i was a student....same as a lot of keepers will its the step we have to take, if its a JOB your looking for then no....min wage less a bit for accommodation its not a lot for the work you will do but if its who i think it is offering the job.. they have estates too and if you shone out from the rest of lead swingers it may
