i picked up a hob kit at the thl fishing match in august of newkid.....not sure how old 10..12 week.....its been coming out with me for at least 3 week if not 4 ...hes bolting them well and killing the odd one...he cant be much more than 5 month old.... personally i like to get them out and see what there about....i have another hob from last year....hes stunning looking polcat a great pet...but an absolute wanker as a worker....its like he couldnt give a f**k....so there all different ... get them out at the sharp end.....and i know there not strictly wild animals ...but a wild polc

yeh i think there good bits of kit ...i know a few lads that have them and like them... personaly i think they hang to low....and if i had only used a few nets out of them netting up ....you will be running round with two almost full things flapping round getting on my tits where as my bag goes to every hole as i net up...couple of spare nets in me pocket....

nice pics mate.... i know what you mean about the aging dogs....hows swift is she still with us???...i had to put her sister Venus down about 3 month back.....and the little collie grew thing Bonnie is 7 in 3 months time....and full of injurys... got to get some new stock myself

yeh fixed a load of holes in my hundred yarder the other day....i just sat on our village park with the hundred set up...going along fixing holes nail knot ?? aint that what they use in fly fishing.....how do you use that on a long net mate

do you really think that will work?? i bought a tube heater years ago.....and honestly took it back the next day....it was hot to touch....but yet 1 foot away you couldnt feel a thing....

i got mine from one of them places that sell stuff for chickens....they normally have the cheap lights at around the £20 mark...which i have had many times but they f**k up.... spend more...get the larger professional ones between £30..40 ....then a ceramic bulb.. in fact this last one i bought....which is 5 plus years ago at least...is still going strong with the same bulb......the other cheap ones i was getting through 2 every winter

yeh them cheap red bulbs are a c**t for blowing and as you say cant unscrew the bloody things.. go for the more expensive ...professional use lamp....and get a ceramic bulb...they only give of heat no light..
