    Yeah I thought so , I know a couple of lads from work that are hammers but they go the odd orient game, they even said they’ve been to some club house or events room there to watch West Ham away European games and it’s packed with hammers fans Would you say that it’s pretty accurate ?     I don’t make that right eh , the cities and fan bases are that close and of equal standing , IMHO it’s a proper derby . what derbies would there be if the city boundary was the limit ? Does that make arsenal vs Leyton orient a derby ? United vs Oldham ? Birmingham vs Walsall ?

    If I was after a dog to just f**k about with for a bit of lamping and messing about spinning hares with , the three quarter collie grey would be perfect . As they generally throw a very nice easy type to look after, have half a brain and can be very nice looking animals , usually black or red with a tight coat . when that or it’s half collie grey parent is put to a coursing stamp , you get a very different animal . It’s like you’ve upgraded it . The very best of coursing stuff adds more than just speed , it would be against the laws of nature if it did otherwise

    Speed means f**k all when it’s from greyhound blood to an animal already half bred , it’ just adds fragility imho

    Half cross anything back to coursing bred is 100% the most chancy cross for any breed beddy , bull , collie , deerhound , all far and away better animals imho when mated into coursing lines than having a rubbing rag greyhound as half of the pups parentage. the only pups I’ve seriously considered the last few years have been scrap bred lurchers to a coursing stuff that’s been hammered . If there was a man breeding a half collie grey to a decent line from the fens , I’d take their f***ing hands off

    I’m gonna say it , in the scheme of hunting , do you genuinely need to be sweating about percentages ? buddy the coursing dog saw many much faster dogs off as he was purpose built to run in the wettest of grounds and his prey drive was the highest I’ve ever seen. that was lost if he was put to greyhounds
