    There is a lot of grip and shite spoken about them , personally they are very worthwhile doing , they alleviate heat in your joints , they can ease muscle injuries , when I lost rotation in my ankle , I used ice baths after exertion and that helped with regaining a little mobility back. I also entered recovery phase after exercise quicker and eased cramps ets , Helping to alleviate next day soreness and cramps as oppose to waiting on your body cooling down etc then beginning the process , it was as if the lactic acid etc had been charged outside my body , I don’t know about the true effects of

    The fault lies with the councils as well as the local authorities for each county produce a design guide with specific sizes for streets with allocated uses eg how wide a street in a new build estate has to be etc . obviously the wider the road , the greater cost etc

If you’ve had any encounters with knife related crime , it’s not an escalation during a fight , most of the lads I know who have been stabbed were stabbed instantly at the first interaction .     I lost a very good dog to an adder bite . It was genuinely heartbreaking as no one could figure out what was wrong until it was too late . The bite never killed him , it was the seizures and the fits caused with it pumping round his system that caused it . I was f***ing distraught for days .
