    I never called it maize until I came to Spain mate ? Incidentally Wolfie, I've wondered about this before. As I understand it you can crop rotate with wheat and it doesn't kill the soil. So I guess it has to be climate. Here in Spain, you see corn and wheat everywhere plus artichokes. They seem to be the main crops I see. For some reason, I see a lot of artichokes left to flower and rot. Never found out why ?

    Lol I saw this earlier. She lives up at the back of Barcelona, right up near the hills. Fuucking loads of boar around there.

    My mate (Alectoris) has lads with packs of them mixed with allsorts, working his land... they use them for finding boar and find they do

    Couldn't agree more gentlemen ?I was taught to prove my my worth and be professional, no matter the job (ok I suck at dealing with the general public and shouting but they're cnuts ?). I've taught mine the same. I used to see kids at our eldest's school and think no f***ing chance. Not because of the kids, the fuucking parents. Nothing is free, is what I was taught ?

    Yep, same here too mate I always buy from the two butchers I use. They will always give me scraps and meaty bones too, even if I'm just passing the shop. This cnut nearly has my arm off when he hears the Pakistani chap whistling ?

    Spanish pension, like their JS is different! If you don't work and pay into it, you get fook all. They don't fuuck about neither. If you work 6 years, you get Paro (dole) but only for 2 years and it's based upon your last salary and capped at a ridiculously low amount, compared to 35k a year job, which pays more ?. I was screwed out of about 20K because they said I applied for it too late lol. It was during corvid and every friggin office was shut, plus you need an appointment to scratch on.     I use two sleeping bags, for different times of the year. A lightweight one for most of the year (with a silk sock if the temp dips) and a cold weather one that is rated down to -20°C for colder times of the year or if we are going high up. I also have a fleece blanket that we take to the beach, if we're sleeping there. Put that on the inflatable mattress and chuck a sleeping bag over you.. banging
