    I think we all dislike folk, who speak with forked tongue,..however,..in this particular case (unless these guys had intended to create, some kind of purpose-bred hybrid)....does it really matter if there is something in the breeding that is alien, to the original concept... Most lurchers can catch something...you just got to adapt and sometimes,.think again... I'm sure the lads, who own these big old jukels, will use them to their fullest capabilities,.whatever they may be.

    That stare is frightening me Gaz,.... Stop all training for two or three weeks,.just get out and about and let the young gal have her head... Gain her confidence,.forget obedience, etc, etc,...and slowly and gently,..start again... Best of luck,...Chalkwarren...

    As for leaving a dog behind,..well,..I've been in such a positions, a dozen or more times,... However, as anyone, who has walked out with me, will attest....I would never countenance doing such a thing,... I would never desert,.. a fellow hunting man either .. But,..that is just me,.each to there own...
