    Put it somewhere nice and safe and she'l go about her business...... newts have dry skin most part of the year.... Without seeing her tail it's hard to tell if she is a smooth or a palmate, just that smooths often have a spotted throat.... they can be found a long, long way from water. They only need it to breed.

    Try having a mooch at last light of an evening, otters are very active then, hunting for food, and not too difficult to approach if you spot them before they spot you. :victory:

IMG_1029.JPGIMG_1030.JPG she's defo a chaffy.....is she nesting there or just collecting food, ....and theres some nice otter prints too..... :victory:

    I've been taking lots lately. Several thousand piccys this week, of leverets to 'gang-rapes'! The local hares aren't just quite 'there' yet, but it won't be long before they're in full swing. I've spent a great deal of time laid on my stomach watching them do sweet FA.... :laugh: I'l be back at them today, looking for the shot of a lifetime.....

    Injectable I would give 0.1 ml. Thats a TENTH of a mil. I don't use it, but that's what dosage I would give an average terrier if I did use it.

    Those Peacocks will have overwintered somewhere, no matter how cold they just hibernate through it....
