  1. Hi buddy, are you sure it's acid reflux and not a problem with his pancreas? Try cutting all fat out of his diet for ten days as a trial if you think it might be the pancreas...
  2. I've tried the proctors....not my cup of tea.
  3. This is what happens when the Koro trap is triggered....as you can see the bar flips into the targets face, causing it to force it's head back in reaction to the trigger heading it's way. This, in turn, causes it's foot to come in the way of the bar and it will break a targets foot, until it twists out. Not in every occasion granted, but I guess about 30% of the time. IMO. Ergo, it's inhumane. it causes injury and yet is passed, which is crazy! This might just lead onto a 'trapping is cruel' type scenario and, if they (antis)studied this particular trap, they are absolutely correct.
  4. This is a koro trap, the smaller of the two listed. Both are identical apart from size,,
  5. is there even such a trap?? It is amazing how they can pass a trap that doesn't exist.....hhhmm.... the koro has a bar that fires forward and can push the target out of the way of the kill bar. This is a bad, bad design that will cause injuries and non-lethal catches such as toes and feet......of course, if they had tried the trap out they'd know that. but they didn't.....there's only one way to set a Koro to get 100% kill (or as near as damn it) and they have specified it cannot be used in such a way...it's really, really quite mad!! It all seems a bit crazy! The first time I heard of a
  6. I disagree...I think if you go to the highstreet you end up coming out with a 70-300 f5.6 that the sales person says would suit your needs perfectly.....when it won't.... But hey, what do I know..... Thats ok mate, because I disagree with you.... You don't have to buy in store however can handle multiple bodies and lens.. Then buy on line or what ever.. Yes, but you can't, and won't, buy the correct lens for dog work. Also you won't be able to buy a 2nd hand body either. The high street will try and sell people what they can make £ on, you are going to get NO unbiased opinions

  9. Protest by not giving them any money...it's the only thing they care about... Believe me, the writings on the wall for the BBC. Technology is working against them and people are fed up of their bias. How long before Tv's are being made that are incapable of being 'plugged in' to an aerial? In fact, are they making them already? How long before their licence fee plummets? The BBC are on a slippery downward slope....
  10. But who is really to blame? Is the true problem within our ranks, or the media? or both? Would there be a problem if the divs couldn't boast on the media? or would there be a problem if the media didn't have access to these boasts? Funny one ain't it.
  11. IMO buy a 2nd hand body. Choose an older model. it doesn't really matter. For example, if you chose canon look on ebay: Look at this one...no bids. now this camera body (and accessories) will enable you to take sharp pics. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Canon-50D-DSLR-Camera-Body-extras-/291704729897?hash=item43eaf4f129:g:gIsAAOSwZQxW4H7u If I were you I'd message the seller and I bet he'd do it for £120 or something like that! Then all you have got to find is a lens...... easy peasy.... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Canon-EF-300mm-F4-L-USM-From-Japan-n-707-/231872797381?hash=it
  12. that procull trap is a good one....and well worth an addition to anyones armoury.....
  13. Already did buddy and they are inhumane. I voiced my fears but they were passed anyway. There is a design fault that greatly increases foul catches. In my opinion they have not been 'tested' on live animals as they wouldn't have been passed. As it is; the old boys network all piss in the same pocket and so it was opassed. However when I wanted to submit a far better, upgraded and humane version i was told it was going to cost 10 grand (at least) to test them. it's not what you know eh?...
  14. It all depends what quality you want your photos to be.....
  15. Stop funding them by buying the TV licence......That's the only way to get back at them.
  16. I spotted it in a fishing lake that was being drained. I'd guess it was about 20lb, so it's a good target for me. There's catfish in the ponds to over 40lb, but I would be happy with any! Roll on summer!
  17. I don't believe that it is an RBS Buckshot.........have another guess ?......thought Mr Darcy would have spotted that one ! I thought it was a bit too easy to comment.... Trust buckshot to get it wrong; he used to be my best pupil.....tut tut... It's a woody....
  18. It's an elephant hawk moth. Quite common and easy to breed. Those vivid colours are made from Rosebay willowherb....
